Camila Cabello served up a double scoop of tasty goodness for her fans today. The 20-year-old singer first performed these two tracks in Chicago at the B96 Pepsi Summer Bash in Chicago on June 25. The studio versions have finally arrived.
My favorite of the two is “Havana.” The Pharrell-produced number finds Cabello embracing her Cuban roots. This is exactly what I was hoping she’d deliver when she decided to pursue a solo career. I could do without the Young Thug verse but otherwise, the island Latin gem is sensational. The other new offering, “OMG,” also boasts a featured rapper, Quavo. However, it works much better on the urban club banger.
Both tracks will appear on The Hurting The Healing The Loving out September 22. Give them a listen below. Fingers crossed the accompanying visuals arrive sooner rather than later.
