This morning, Dancing With the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba took over for Kelly to host Live! with Regis and Kelly. Being the explosive personality that she is, she did a great job with the morning topics and keeping Regis in tow. The guests included Jake Gyllenhaal promoting his new movie Source Code and funny man Howie Mandel. Little did she know that she had a big surprise coming her way later within the show.

At the top, Regis asked Carrie Ann about her current beau, accountant Jesse Sloan. She immediately squashed rumors that they were already engaged showing off her ringless finger as the camera panned to Jesse sitting in the audience. When Regis probed more, Carrie Ann went on say why he is such a great guy.

“He’s just a really good guy. He takes good care of me and he’s really warm. He loves my cats—we have five cats together—not a lot of men accept a girl who has so many cats.”

With the release of Femme Fatale on Tuesday, she is ready to blow your mind tonight and last night at the Rain night club in Las Vegas, she did just that. Filming a special for MTV with DJ Pauly D, Britney Spears took the stage in what was intentionally to be a secret show before details were leaked. Britney took to her Twitter to spread the news.

Looks like my little secret isnt a secret anymore. Whos coming to watch me take the stage TONIGHT at @RainLasVegas at @PalmsLasVegas? You’re all invited. Be there or be square bitch!

After an opening set by the Jersey Shore DJ, the crowd went nuts when Britney took the stage. Wearing a sequined bodysuit, her and her crew of sexy male dancers rocked out Hold It Against Me to a deafening screaming crowd. The performance involved sexy choreography, lots of hair tossing and a wind machine.

It’s been a month since Willow Smith’s addictive “Whip My Hair” track first hit online. I’ll be the first to admit, I’m still loving the track as much as I did the first time I heard it. Seems as if, I’m not the only one. The 9-year-old singer is slowly building her army of “hair whippers“. In the short month since the song debuted, Willow has amassed dozens of fan videos showcasing their own choreography to the song. Honestly, I couldn’t believe how many there are out there.

The official music video doesn’t come out til Monday, October 18 on VEVO and BET, but if the song has already generated this amount of buzz, I can’t even imagine what lies ahead for Willow and the rest of us. If the dance movies are as kick-ass as I predict, we might have a second coming of “Bad Romance” or “Single Ladies” on our hands. Ray Kay who’s previous credits include Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face” and Justin Bieber’s “Baby“, directed Smith’s music video.

12-year-old Alissa Chang’s, aka Chang-Chang, dance has garnered so much attention, Ellen DeGeneres put the pint-sized dancer on her show on October 15, 2010. This girl is absolutely sick. She’s got more swagger in her pinky than I do in my entire body. You whip it, girl. The dance was choreographed by Dejan Tubic.

The latest Lady Gaga spoof is of her most recent, elaborate, over-the-top video – Alejandro. From The Batteries Down series, Jackie Hoffman plays Old Lady Gaga in their interpretation of the elderly version of Gaga’s vid. There is a lot of the same choreography, hot guys with corresponding six packs gyrating, and Old Lady Gaga with a walker…gettin’ dirty. I’m not quite sure I get this whole old lady idea, but it’s funny nonetheless.

The other actors include Nick Adams, David Hull, Michael Mindlin, Brian Patrick Murphy, Constantine Rousouli and Brian Spitulnik.

USB Comedy recently came out with a spoof of how BP dealth with the oil spill, highlighting their poor problem solving skills, ethics, sense of urgency, accountability, and action…in the form of a coffee spill. The spill takes place in the boardroom, and at first they feel like it’s no big deal.

Chances are you may have seen the viral video already, but if you haven’t, it’s worth seeing. Also, if you don’t know much about the oil spill, this kind of gives you the Cole’s Notes of what has happened and how it was dealt with. That being said, with this coffee spill, you don’t really get an appreciation for how many animals have died and continue to die as a result of the spill.

When you pick up your next Skinny Vanilla Latte, make sure the lid’s on properly!

So sad. Recently I wrote about 41 year old Andrew Koenig having gone missing since Valentine’s Day here in Vancouver, and his last activity (cell phone, etc.) being traced back to Stanley Park, downtown. Well a couple hours ago they found the Growing Pains star’s body. He was supposed to back in the US on February 16th

His family has sad that he suffered from depression and he was last in Vancouver staying with Burlesque star Jenny Magenta. She was very worried about him and even commented on my last article, since I was helping spread the work and Police tip line. It must be a terribly sad time for her, as well as Koenig’s family.

At the last Olympics in Beijing, he was arrested for protesting China’s Human Rights Violations. Even though he was suffering from depression, I wonder if there was any connection with this year’s Olympics and he was perhaps making a statement of some sort? Just a thought. No word on whether or not he had left a note or how he committed suicide.

Here’s a little glimpse into a rainy Saturday with me and my dog, Dani. Having gone out the previous night for a few drinks with friends, Dani and I wake up at around noon. I really look forward to the weekends when I can sleep in and don’t have to wake up at 7am like I have to during the week. I’m sure Dani doesn’t mind staying in bed a little longer… he loves to snuggle under the duvet.

Noon – Breakfasts are in order. I just recently switched Dani’s food from Innova to FROMM’s Whitefish & Potato. He loves the new food and wants to eat first thing as soon as he’s up. So he gets a bowl of Whitefish & Potato and I have coffee & a cinnamon roll. Yummy!

Side Dish is back again, this time with your host Jonny along with Patrick, Redd, and Tommy. The four congregate into the kitchen and discuss one of the biggest surprise hits and one of the trashiest shows on television – Jersey Shore. The MTV money maker is gonna be back next season with the cast in a new location, in the same hot weather, not that they even need the sun to tan. Angelina’s even “on hold” (as she thanks God for a second chance). Basically, this means if they need her they’ll keep her and if they don’t, they’re not obligated to use her. Better keep your garbage packed just in case, Angelina!

They also discuss Tommy’s decision to embark on his public mission to lose weight. He discusses the fact that he’s going to be publishing his progress (as you can see in this article) which will also help keep him accountable to readers.
