WinterPRIDE 2013 is only six weeks away, with this being the 21st Annual Gay Ski Week in Whistler, B.C. A bunch of us here at Homorazzi actually started attending back in 2009 and that’s actually where we came up with the name for what would be known as “Homorazzi” one year later. We always have such a blast, and the last couple years we’ve even captured our experiences in video recaps. Patrick and Adam actually once spent the entire week at WinterPRIDE and had an unforgettable time meeting people from all over the world and attending some incredibly fun parties and apres skis. Homorazzi will be there again this year and we definitely want to see YOU there too!

Every year, there are different performers and events to look forward to and this year there is no exception. The winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, the amazing Chad Michaels will be there to perform and the headlining DJ for the week is DJ Paul Goodyear. In addition, one of the sexiest and most popular porn stars around, Brent Everett will also be on the mountain and appearing at various events.

Without further delay, check out the Top 10 Reasons why you and your friends should get your ski bums in gear and start planning to be at WinterPRIDE 2013 taking place this coming February 3 – February 10 in Whistler, B.C..

Mr. Gay Canada 2012 Crowned: Thomas Egli

In: Patrick, Totally GAY!

This past weekend, Homorazzi was up in Whistler, B.C. to take part in WinterPRIDE 2012 (which was a blast). Also taking place as part of the festivities was the Mr. Gay Canada 3-day challenge and we were there to witness the finale see the winner get crowned.

At the finale, where Homorazzi’s Tyrell performed, the five contestants answered their final questions and shortly after, one winner was chosen. Thomas Eglis (picture above) was selected to be Canada’s representative in the prestigious Mr. Gay World competition in Johannesburg, South Africa this coming April.

“This journey has been exceptional and exciting. The weeks leading up to this competition and the events themselves have taught me much about myself and I have grown much more than I could have expected,” Eglis said in a statement. “I am honoured to serve as a much-needed positive role model for LGBT youth in Canada and around the world.”

I was lucky enough to have a little sit down talk today with Mr. Gay Canada and Mr Gay World delegate Rob Goddard. If you`re in Vancouver, you have definitely seen Rob around modeling or volunteering for one of your favourite organizations. Rob was chosen in all of Canada to represent us in the Mr. Gay World competition, this year taking place in Manila. I got a chance to ask him some info about the competition, as well as some fun little secrets.

Don`t forget to vote for Rob in the popularity contest online here. And if you want more info on him just visit his facebook page.
