Stephen Amell just can’t stop playing comic book characters. The Arrow star trades in his bow and arrow for hockey sticks for his new gig.
The 33-year-old actor just signed on to appear in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sequel. He’ll play vigilante Casey Jones who eventually becomes a love interest for April O’Neil (Megan Fox). Someone’s gotta clean her pipes and Leonardo and company aren’t exactly up for task ;)
Everyone has a celebrity crush. Hell, I have a different Man Crush every week. According to a recent survey conducted by Details magazine, we now know which celebs their readers fantasize having sex with the most. Overall, their results aren’t too surprising, though the rankings might.
On the ladies side, brunettes edged out the blonds by snagging three out of the five spots. Among the dark-haired women, Mila Kunis reigned supreme. The Black Swan actress raked in over 41% of the vote. Coming in second was Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model Kate Upton. Given the blond’s ample assets, I’m not surprised she made it that high. Landing in third is recent Best Actress winner Jennifer Lawrence. I wonder how the Silver Linings Playbook star feels about coming in third. She’s so used to winning everything recently ;) Rounding out the Top 5 are Jessica Alba and Megan Fox who came in fourth and fifth respectively.
If I were to rank these five women, for me Jessica Alba would be numero uno. In descending order, Kunis, Lawrence, Fox and Upton would follow. What can I say? Busty blonds don’t do it for me. Check out Details’ most fantasized men below.
Who doesn’t have a favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle? I’m certain at some point, we’ve all watched these beloved characters growing up. I certainly did. Obviously, I’m excited for Michael Bay’s reboot of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film series from the early 1990s. The Jonathan Liebesman-directed flick find the mutated reptile warriors defending the world from invading aliens. Ninja Turtles began production this month in New York and is tentatively scheduled to hit theaters sometime in 2014.
Until recently, Megan Fox was the only actor attached to the project. The 26-year-old actress snagged the role of April O’Neil- a good friend of the Turtles. If you recall, Fox publicly said a few not so choice words about Bay while working with him during the Transformers films. As a result, she was replaced in the third film by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. With Megan’s career going nowhere fast, she allegedly groveled back to the action producer to make amends. Looks like it worked. Find out who’ll be joining Fox in the film below.
When I was a kid, I loved watching the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – both in cartoon, and the live action movie… “Ninja, ninja rap.. go, go, go, go!” For some time now, there’s been talk of Michael Bay’s plans to make a live action film of the Ninja Turtles. Now some casting news has been revealed that I’m not sure how I feel about.
As you know, April O’Neil is a character in the series that was a former lab assistant to the mad scientist Baxter Stockman and later a reporter that is a close companion and friend of the turtles. The actress cast as the yellow jumpsuit wearing reporter has been revealed and I’m somewhat puzzled by the choice.
According to Variety, some of the actresses that were being considered included Jane Levy, Anna Kendrick and Elizabeth Olsen. Any of those would have been a better choice than who ended up getting the part.
Although I haven’t seen This Is 40 yet myself, I love a good blooper reel. I’ve heard mixed reviews for the movie but one thing is for certain, bloopers are always a hit.
In the following video, cast members Jason Segal, Leslie Mann, Paul Rudd, Chris O’Dowd, Megan Fox, Melissa McCarthy & more breakout in laughter as they try to push through some very awkward scenes or hilariously obscene dialogue. One hilarious scene is with Segal, O’Dowd and Fox. When the guys learn that Fox is single, O’Dowd says, “We both would like to know for one…we both want to make love in you.” Needless to say, they all burst out in laughter. Seriously, how could you deliver a line like that and not laugh? I sure couldn’t.

This coming January 2013 is Vanity Fair‘s first ever comedy issue and it’s guest edited by Judd Apatow. For the issue, Apatow brought together his most talented friends and idols to contribute, write, and pose for a 19-page Mark Seliger portfolio. There are three different covers to this issue, with four different comedians looking fabulously funny on each. I’ve included all three of them below and you can vote for which one you like best.
This is only the third time since Graydon Carter became the editor of the magazine 20 years ago that someone has been a guest editor. The last guest editor was Bono when he guest-edited the Africa issue in July of 2007. Before that, Tom Ford guest-edited a Hollywood Portfolio in March of 2006. With the comedy genre booming these days, Carter felt like it was the perfect time for such an issue and that Judd Apatow was the perfect choice for the job.
In the first cover shown above, Jim Carrey is dressed up as Evel Knievel, Maya Rudolph is doing an ancient Egyptian like Steve Martin in his King Tut days, Will Ferrell is done up like a corny cowboy, and Amy Poehler as a 60s go-go girl. Check out the other two covers below, featuring comedians like Kristin Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, and more.
In 2009 it was Jessica Biel. In 2010, Cameron Diaz took the top spot. Last year, Project Runway host Heidi Klum landed at No. 1 on McAfee’s annual list. This year, once again, a female celeb takes the honors of being the most dangerous celeb to search online. In fact, only one man secured a spot on the Internet security firm’s list. Late night host Jimmy Kimmel was the sole male celebrity at unlucky No. 13. Piers Morgan and Brad Pitt, who were No. 3 and No. 10 respectively on last year’s list, dropped out of the list in 2012.
“In today’s celebrity culture, consumers expect to be able to go online to catch up with the latest photos, videos, tweets, and stories about their favorite celebrities. Due to the richness of the data and the high interaction, often times consumers forget the risks that they are taking by clicking on the links,” – Paula Greve, director of web security research at McAfee
This year marks the first time that the entire Top 10 list is comprised of all women. Definitely doesn’t pay to have a pair of boobs and vajayjay. Horny straight boys looking for nude pictures of their celeb crushes beware of those sneaky cybercriminals. The study found that female celebrities are more dangerous than men. If they were of Hispanic descent, they were especially more deadly. Five out of the Top 10 were gorgeous Latina stars- Eva Mendes (No. 3), Selena Gomez (No. 4), Shakira (No. 7), Salma Hayek (No. 9), and Sofia Vergara (No. 10). Find out who the most dangerous celeb is below. It might surprise you.
The full trailer for an upcoming comedy called ‘This Is 40‘ has just been released, starring some very funny people and we’ve got your first look.
From Writer/director/producer Judd Apaatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Funny People) comes a new comedy that expands on the story of Pete (Paul Rudd) and Debbie (Leslie Mann) from the hit ‘Knocked Up,’ see what there life is like now… at the age of 40.
The film also features Megan Fox, John Lithgow, Melissa McCarthy, and more. Seriously, anything with Melissa McCarthy I will watch. The scene they show with her in the trailer is hilarious. She explains to you what happens if you corner a rat… and it’s not pretty. This R-rated film comes out on December 21. Check out the trailer below!
