After playing womanizer Barry Stinson for nine seasons on How I Met Your Mother, naturally the next logical career move is to play an East German transgender singer. To promote his starring role on Broadway in John Cameron Mitchell’s Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Neil Patrick Harris gets his glitter on for OUT magazine. Photographer Michael Muller snaps the 40-year-old for an artsy editorial for the publication’s latest issue. Check out several pics and quotes from the accompanying interview below.

On How Woman View Him Since Coming Out

“I’ve found that a lot of girls have no issue with me being gay. They still want to marry me. And I love that.”

Simply stunning. There’s no other way to describe how gorgeous Naya Rivera looks in her latest photo shoot. The 27-year-old Glee actress gives glamor realness for Prestige Indonesia’s March 2014 issue. Check out more pics below, along with quotes from the accompanying interview where Naya talks about the industry and her burgeoning recording career.

On Balancing Acting & Singing

“With acting, there are so many avenues. Of course I love television, I started with television. But I’ll probably explore movie roles, then maybe do television again. The opportunities are endless. I love to sing. That’s definitely something I’ll do for the rest of my life. But where do I want to be with my singing career? I don’t know. I think timing is everything. Singing is such an artistic process that can’t be rushed

Shakira Reveals She’s Not Allowed Male Co-Stars

In: Donovan, Music

To each their own, but I didn’t expect this from Shakira. She comes off as such an independent woman that this revelation is a tad surprising.

The Colombian singer revealed to Billboard magazine that her professional soccer player boyfriend Gerard Pique no longer lets her do music videos with men. Ergo why Rihanna is so up close and personal with her in the “Can’t Forget To Remember You” music video.

I can see why some women find it cute that their men want to be all protective but it sounds a little too controlling for my tastes. No? Weigh in below after reading more quotes from Shakira’s interview with the publication.

On Her Boyfriend Gerard Pique’s Rule

“He’s very territorial, and since he no longer lets me do videos with men, well, I have to do them with women. It’s more than implied in our relationship that I can’t do videos like I used to. It’s out of the question – which I like, by the way. I like that he protects his turf and he values me, in a way that the only person that he would ever let graze my thigh would be Rihanna.”

In: Donovan, Fashion

To celebrate its 15th anniversary, GQ Australia enlisted the country’s favorite daughter.

Kylie Minogue poses with handsome twins Jordan and Zac Stenmark for a seductive cover and accompanying sizzling editorial. Photographer Beau Grealy snapped the 45-year-old dance diva with Aussie studs half her age- 22. Lucky gal ;)

Rihanna Lands Third Vogue Cover

In: Donovan, Fashion, Music

Rihanna must sell a whackload of copies for Vogue. The 25-year-old lands her third cover in just four years for the US edition of the publication. It’s her very own fashionable hat trick.

Her latest lands on newsstands on February 25. Photographed by David Sims, RiRi rocks a wide array of glamorously beaded outfits in addition to talking about her Instagram obsession and more. Check out several pics and quotes below from the March 2014 issue.

On Fashion Choices

“It’s not about pain. It’s about the commitment. I say to myself, ‘I want to look like this,’ and worry about the pain later. I’ve had nights I had to tiptoe home and the balls of my feet wouldn’t even allow me to stand.”

Hands down, this is the most glamorous I’ve seen Miley Cyrus. These are much better than the ones W Magazine released earlier this week. Mario Testino is truly a genius with his camera lens. The famed photographer’s visuals of Cyrus as an angelic blond are simply stunning.

Hanging out with Madonna must’ve been a life-changing experience for Miley. The 21-year-old singer channels Madge during her “Material Girl” phase who in turn was channeling Marilyn Monroe circa Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Check out the three covers Vogue Germany chose for their March 2013 issue. I can’t wait to see what the photos for the accompanying inside editorial will look like.

Shocker!!! Not really. Miley Cyrus finds herself once again with very little clothing on the cover of yet another magazine. This time for W magazine’s March 2014 issue. There’s even a bit of a nip slip featured in the inside editorial.

I will, however, give her credit for keeping her tongue inside her mouth for a change. The longer hair is also a nice change of pace, though I wish it wasn’t so damp for the additional pics and more blown out like the cover. The Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott-snapped photos accompany an article titled, “My Oh Miley!” written by Ronan Farrow. Check out pics and quotes below.

That’s right, you read that correctly. 25 mother effin’ different covers. For it’s biggest world exclusive ever, Empire Magazine is rolling out twenty-five different covers over the course of today. Each major cast member will receive their own treatment.

“#XMen cast & I are exclusively revealing 25 @EmpireMagazine covers, one every hour, starting now. #Empire25,” director Bryan Singer tweeted.

The cast from the original X-Men movies (Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Shawn Ashmore, Daniel Cudmore, Ellen Page) join forces with the X-Men: First Class bunch (James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult) to tell this epic tale.

The film sees X-Men fighting for their lives in an apocalyptic future where Sentinel robots (see above photo), created by Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage), have laid waste to mutant and humankind. To prevent this catastrophe, Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) is sent back in time to warn 1970s Professor X about the future and the event that sets everything in motion.

Be sure to check this post often to see the updates. Weigh in afterward on which cover is your favorite and least favorite.
