Adele Talks Rumored Beyonce Duet To Time Magazine

In: Donovan, Music

Firstly, congrats to Adele for yet another accolade. “Hello” spends an eighth week atop the Billboard Hot 100. This marks her longest reign on the chart. If she wants to become the all-time leader though, she’ll have to double that to match Mariah Carey’s record of 16 weeks with “One Sweet Day” featuring Boyz II Men. It’s certainly possible.

The 27-year-old is a vision in red on the cover of Time. With her sold out tour almost breaking Ticketmaster, Adele will continue to make headlines once she hits the road next year. She’s definitely the right choice to grace the publication’s “Year Ahead” issue.

For the accompanying interview, she talks about her tour, being a mom and that rumored duet with Beyonce she reportedly turned out. Read her answers to these topics below.

Bridget Jones is finally back. The long-awaited third instalment of the popular rom-com franchise doesn’t premiere until September 16, 2016, but that hasn’t stopped the promotional train from leaving the station. Entertainment Weekly gives the first look at Bridget Jones’s Baby.

In addition to sharing pics of Renee Zellweger, Colin Firth and Patrick Dempsey in the studio and on set, the publication interviews the cast. Dempsey talks about a possible return to television, Zellweger discusses the media coverage about her appearance last year and much more. Check out more photos below, along with several quotes.

Zellweger On Playing Bridget Jones Again

“This is part of the new challenge, discovering where she is now in her new life. But as an actress, it feels like stepping back with an old friend. I love this character, I like that she tells stories about what it’s like to be a woman and these really relatable situations at certain times in life. It’s so right to tell a story about Bridget in this stage of her life.”

John Krasinski took playing a Navy Seal on the big screen seriously. The 36-year-old actor packed on 25 lbs of muscle and dropped from 26 percent body fat to just 5 for Michael Bay’s 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi. Even more impressive is the fact he did it all in just four months. I’m sure his wife Emily Blunt is enjoying his new physique. I would 😉

The former Office actor graces the January 2016 cover of Men’s Health to show off his hard work at the gym. “I gotta be honest: It was brutal at times,” Krasinski tells the publication. “We did tons of metabolic work, dragging sleds and all this stuff I’ve seen NFL players do.”

When asked what his favorite workout was, he revealed “Bench press. There’s that number you can keep pushing. It’s almost a game instead of a workout.” On the flip side, his least favorite is the Bulgarian split squat. Whatever that is. LOL. Check out more pics below.

The iconic publication announced in October it will no longer showcase naked women in their magazine, after 60+ years of doing so. Jenny McCarthy didn’t make it a secret that she wanted to grace the final cover. She wasn’t alone. Many also publicly expressed their interest in snagging the honor. Well, they’re all S.O.L. Playboy magazine has gone with one of their all-time favorites instead.

“I got a call from [Hugh Hefner’s] attorney who said, ‘We don’t want anybody else. There’s nobody else, could you do the last cover of Playboy?’” the former “Baywatch” star told ET.

Fittingly, Pamela Anderson is the covergirl for the final issue. Great choice!!! The 48-year-old actress has now scored the cover a record 13th time. It also marks her 15th Playboy pictorial to date. Before she committed to Hefner, she checked in with her teenage boys– Brandon (19) and Dylan (17).

“I said, ‘Hef just called, he wants me to do the last cover of Playboy,’ and he goes, ‘Mom you’ve got to do it,’” recalled Anderson. “‘We’re older, we’re not embarrassed anymore of you. You know, we think you’re great.’”

Anderson returned to the Playboy mansion for the momentous occasion. Famed photographer Ellen Von Unwerth helmed the shoot while James Franco conducted the accompanying interview. Check out the full cover below, along with a behind-the-scenes video of Pamela at the mansion.

Bruce Weber Snaps Chris Hemsworth For Vanity Fair

In: Donovan, Fashion

Originally slated for March 13, In the Heart of the Sea finally sails into theaters in just a few days on December 11, 2015. Chris Hemsworth has been hitting the pavement hard promoting the Moby Dick-inspired film. Might I suggest a leaked nude selfie aboard a ship and be done with it 😉

Keeping in spirit of the film, the 32-year-old Aussie gets nautical for Vanity Fair’s holiday issue. On a side note, who wouldn’t want to unwrap Hemsworth on Christmas Day, or any day that matter?

Famed photographer Bruce Weber snaps Chris rocking a peacoat and putting his beautiful mug inside a shark’s head. Totally random prop but it works. Check out more photos of Hemsworth from the issue below.

It’s no secret that I have a huge thing for Diego Miguel. Pretty much anything new featuring the Brazilian model, I’ll post. Especially if it involves him being shirtless.

Diego graces not one, but two covers for Men’s Health Espana. Both require Miguel showing his moves on a pommel horse. Check out the other captivating cover below snapped by Edu Garcia.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re very aware a new Star Wars film is nearly upon us. You can’t go anywhere or turn on the TV without being inundated with the film’s merchandise. Brand awareness is certainly high.

Empire magazine recently unleashed six collectible covers featuring characters from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Harrison Ford as Hans Solo and Chewbacca get their own cover, while Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), John Boyega (Finn), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma) and Daisy Ridley (Rey) also grace their very own.

Check them all out below. If you happen to visit a newsstand in the near future, pick up a copy. The publication touts they look even better in person due to the use “of dazzling lenticular 3D technology.”

Just a few days ago, Condé Nast announced it was shutting down Details. The publication which was founded in 1982 then acquired by Condé Nast in 1988 will publish it’s last issue in December 2015. Eddie Redmayne has the distinction of being the glossy’s last ever cover model.

The 33-year-old actor promotes his upcoming film, The Danish Girl, in the issue. His interview covers getting naked for a full frontal scene, his character’s transformation into a woman and his approach to acting to name a few topics. Check out quotes from the interview below along with more pics snapped by Paul Wetherell.

On The Full Frontal Scene

“Any time you get naked in front of a crew, it’s embarrassing. It’s not as if we as actors have some way of becoming comfortable with it. It would be exactly like you getting naked in front of 30 people.”
