It’s no secret that Kesha and longtime producer Dr. Luke have a strained relationship. By the looks of it, it’s not going to get better anytime in the near future. Earlier today, the “Tik Tok” singer filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke. Hours later, he filed a countersuit against his former protégé.

Kesha alleges Dr. Luke was abusive from the get-go after signing her when she was 18. She claims he made repeated sexual advances toward her, and forced her to use drugs and alcohol. She points to one specific occasion where she woke up naked in Dr. Luke’s bed, sore, sick after taking ‘sober pills’ he gave her. Kesha also cites physical abuse in her lawsuit.

She is asking a judge to let her out of her contract with Luke. Her lawyer Mark Geragos spoke to TMZ.

Michael F. Egan rocked Hollywood last week with his claim that Bryan Singer sexually abused him when he was a minor. Since the allegations surfaced, the X-Men: Days of Future Past director has canceled two scheduled appearances. He was supposed to appear at last weekend’s WonderCon in Anaheim, but bowed up. Next month he was scheduled to attend an MPAA symposium in Washington, DC but canceled that as well. In addition to that, his name has been removed from promos advertising ABC’s Black Box which Singer executive produced.

The 31-year-old plaintiff dropped more bombs on Monday by naming three additional men who took part in a “Hollywood sex ring.” Egan’s lawyer Jeff Herman presented the additional claims Monday during a press conference held in Beverly Hills. Similar charges were filed to these men.

X-Men director Bryan Singer is in a bit of hot water. Variety.com reports the 48-year-old is being accused of sexually abusing a male teenager in a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday in Hawaii. Singer is accused of forcibly sodomizing Michael Egan when he was 17. The alleged incident took place back in 1999 at a house in Encino.

Michael‘s lawyer Jeff Herman also claims that Bryan gave the teenager drugs and alcohol and flew him to Hawaii more than once in 1999. The defendant is seeking an unspecified amount in damages for the sexual assault he allegedly suffered.

“Hollywood has a problem with the sexual exploitation of children,” Herman said in a statement. “This is the first of many cases I will be filing to give these victims a voice and to expose the issue.”

Not surprisingly, Singer’s attorney, Marty Singer, is claiming his client is innocent. Here’s what he told to the Hollywood Reporter.

“The claims made against Bryan Singer are completely without merit,” said Marty Singer. “We are very confident that Bryan will be vindicated in this absurd and defamatory lawsuit.”

“It is obvious that this case was filed in an attempt to get publicity,” continued Singer’s lawyer, noting its timing in relation to the May opening of Singer’s next film, “X-Men: Days of Future Past.”

A transgender woman in Northern California is suing the company behind CrossFit for $2.5 million in damages for not allowing her to compete in the CrossFit Games as a female. For those of you that don’t know, each year at this time, the CrossFit Games begin and everyone in the world competes on a weekly basis doing the same workouts. From there, finalist move onto regionals and then finally, the best of the best compete in the CrossFit Games in Carson, California to determine the fittest male and fittest female in the world.

Last Thursday, 34-year-old Chloie Jonsson filed a lawsuit with Crossfit Inc of violating her rights under California law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity. She explains that she was born a male but has been living a female since she was in her teens and has sexual reassignment surgery eight years ago.

The problem that Crossfit Inc. is having is that they feel that she fundementally will have an advantage over other women in the competition. That beings said, as the Daily Mail states, the International Olympic Committee and other sports governing bodies allow athletes who have undergone surgery, taken hormones and secured legal recognition to compete in the category that corresponds to their affirmed gender. I’ve included a letter below that is written to Jonsson’s lawyer, Waukeen McCoy and written by Dale Saran, from the General Counsel of Crossfit, Inc. It’ll be interested to see how this plays out.

Hell hath no fury like Donald Trump scorned. Former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin accused the 2012 Miss USA pageant was rigged. She claimed a fellow contestant allegedly saw a list containing the top five winners before they were officially announced. She resigned from her post and blasted the contest as “fraudulent, lacking in morals, inconsistent and in many ways trashy.”

Not surprisingly, The Donald filed a lawsuit against Monnin claiming defamation. Back in December, an arbitrator ruled in Trump’s favor and ordered the beauty queen to pay the Miss Universe organization $5 million. A figure reportedly lost from potential sponsors due to the allegations.

Monnin filed an appeal but just this week, a US District judge upheld the decision and ordered her to pay an additional $50,000 to cover the organization’s legal fees. OUCH. Not able to pay the debt, the former Miss Pennsylvania is accepting donations on her Facebook page.

Do you think Sheena should pay this much for her allegations? Since he’s rich enough, should Trump forgo receiving the judgement? Should the victory be enough for Donald? Sound off below.

I’m certain the last thing Ciara was expecting while serving it on stage was to get served herself. Believe it or not, that’s exactly what happened.

During an outdoor mini-concert for LA Pride, West Hollywood club Hit Factory attempted to serve Ciara with papers. Allegedly, the club’s owners claim the “Body Party” singer backed out of a scheduled gig on Friday which they had been heavily promoting throughout the week. They are asking to be compensated for the money they spent on promotion as well as the sales that they lost due to the non-appearance.

Ciara’s rep maintains there’s no cause for a lawsuit as a deal was never sealed in the first place between her client and the gay bar since Ciara had already committed to perform at L.A. Gay Pride on Saturday night. The rep also claims The Hit Factory continued to promote Ciara’s supposed appearance in their bar despite being already notified against it early last week.

The Factory admits to having been advised by CiCi’s camp that she wasn’t allowed to perform, but could make an appearance at their event without any problems. I predict this is going to get messy. Hell hath no fury like a gay scorned. LOL. Check out the serving along with Ciara’s performances below.

I should probably say cold milk instead of water considering that’s what people usually dunk their favorite cereal in. When they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I’m sure this isn’t what they had in mind. That said, I wouldn’t complain getting my nutritional fill from this ;)

I’ve been chomping at the bit to publish this post for several days now. Patiently I waited til the weekend since I prefer to share our most salacious posts when most of our readers aren’t at work. Trying to keep the site as SFW as possible. It’s hard, but I try my hardest ;) Gay-for-pay porn star Cody Cummings recently changed the title of one of his films from “Breakfast of Champions” to “More than a Mouthful.” Why? According to TMZ, a guy named Benjamine Bowers who worked at an Abercrombie & Fitch store last year is claiming that the store referred him to a modelling agent who asked him to strip down and masturbate so that he could take more “relaxed” photos.

“Hilburn convinced Benjamine that he needed to display a relaxed look for his modeling portfolio, and the best way of achieving that look was to masturbate in front of the camera, so the photog could capture his expression immediately after orgasm,” TMZ explains about the lawsuit. “And for good measure, Hilburn allegedly told him the drill was to do the whole thing in the buff.”

The sexy model is now suing Abercrombie and Fitch and the photographer, Brian Hilburn for $1 million. The incident allegedly took place one year ago yesterday, on June 17, 2011. I’m interested to see how this turns out and if A&F will be held responsible for any of it. What are your thoughts on this lawsuit? Check out more pics of Bowers below and share your thoughts.
