I should probably say cold milk instead of water considering that’s what people usually dunk their favorite cereal in. When they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I’m sure this isn’t what they had in mind. That said, I wouldn’t complain getting my nutritional fill from this ;)
I’ve been chomping at the bit to publish this post for several days now. Patiently I waited til the weekend since I prefer to share our most salacious posts when most of our readers aren’t at work. Trying to keep the site as SFW as possible. It’s hard, but I try my hardest ;) Gay-for-pay porn star Cody Cummings recently changed the title of one of his films from “Breakfast of Champions” to “More than a Mouthful.” Why? According to TMZ, a guy named Benjamine Bowers who worked at an Abercrombie & Fitch store last year is claiming that the store referred him to a modelling agent who asked him to strip down and masturbate so that he could take more “relaxed” photos.
“Hilburn convinced Benjamine that he needed to display a relaxed look for his modeling portfolio, and the best way of achieving that look was to masturbate in front of the camera, so the photog could capture his expression immediately after orgasm,” TMZ explains about the lawsuit. “And for good measure, Hilburn allegedly told him the drill was to do the whole thing in the buff.”
The sexy model is now suing Abercrombie and Fitch and the photographer, Brian Hilburn for $1 million. The incident allegedly took place one year ago yesterday, on June 17, 2011. I’m interested to see how this turns out and if A&F will be held responsible for any of it. What are your thoughts on this lawsuit? Check out more pics of Bowers below and share your thoughts.

According to a lawsuit by her former manager Michael Sanchez, the answer would be “YES”. Along with making these extremely unflattering comments, Sanchez is suing his former client for breach of contract and seeking more than $1 million in damages. He represented her from 2006 til 2010. Maybe Kelly Killoren Bensimon’s wise words on the RHONY Season 2 reunion show are true after all. Celebrity lawsuits are the new recession vocation. LOL.
While the timing of this lawsuit is suspect considering “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 9 premieres this week, it’s still juicy to read what Murphy allegedly does behind the scenes. Sanchez goes on to insinuate that she engaged in “many inappropriate sexual relationships” with crew members on “Chelsea Lately” and SYTYCD. That bed hopping wasn’t limited to time on set apparently. He claims she had sexual relations with her drug dealer and a married U.S. Naval officer Mary met online. SCANDALOUS.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Leighton Meester‘s mom refuses to work and just lives off her daughter, but Leighton felt bad for her younger brother Lex who has severe medical issues. Therefore, the Gossip Girl star was sending her mom a sum of $7500 a month so she could take good care of her brother. Well, apparently things didn’t go as planned.
Turns out, her greedy mother Constance used the money for plastic surgery, hair extensions, and botox. Her mother denies that the money was to be used for her son and says that her and Leighton had an oral contract that requires Leighton to give her $10,000 a month for life. Um, sorry Lady, it’s not the lottery…she’s your daughter. This is your family. Anyway, if you ever watch People’s Court, Judge Marilyn Milian does NOT approve of oral contracts – LOL.

Lady Gaga is being accused of pocketing a bunch of the money from the sale of her “We Pray For Japan” wristbands and a class action suit has been filed against her. An attorney for 1-800-LAW-FIRM named Ari Kresch explained, “I’m suing Lady Gaga simply to hold her accountable for giving the money that she was raising for charity to the cause that she was trying to raise it for.” Fellow attorney Alyson Oliver added, “When you use your celebrity and your power as a musician to take money from people under false pretences, that’s just wrong.”
Mother Monster charged $5 for the wristbands, plus an additional $3.99 for shipping & handling and $0.60 for taxes. The law firm is claiming that she inflated the cost of the wristbands and kept the difference. She also apparently didn’t reveal how much of the $5 goes to the victims, when her website says that all of it goes to the victims.

Born in Toledo, Ohio, Katie Holmes is the youngest of a family of five children and first came to fame when she played “Joey Potter” on Dawson’s Creek. In 2005, the spotlight on her intensified when she started dating Tom Cruise. As a Hollywood A-Lister that became more known for his erratic behavior and his association with Scientology than his movies, it was understandable that everyone was intrigued by this new relationship. Katie started dressing differently – all in black to be specific, and from the outside seemed like she was totally changing as a result of the Cruise and Scientology influence.
Recently, Star Magazine published a story with the headline “Katie Drug Shocker.” Holmes has decided to pursue a libel lawsuit against American Media, Inc. after they did not agree to detract the story at her request. Holmes released the following statement: “Of all the fabricated stories that continue to be published about me, this instance is beyond the pale. The publisher knew this outrageous story was false and printed it anyway to sell magazines.”
On the flip side, American Media, Inc. feels very differently about the situation…

Recently, it was announced that CorbinFisher would be suing some 40,000 BitTorrent users by way of their IP addresses, for illegally downloading their (gay porn) content. Understandable I suppose, given that a law is being broken, but the reason why the case is controversial is because of the likelihood that the lawsuit may cause closeted teens living in homophobic households to be outed…and who knows what could happen after that.
CorbinFisher’s lawyer, Marc Randazza recently stated, “Liberty Media produces straight content too. So any thieving little shit who gets caught can very easily lie to his parents that he was looking at straight porn.” Wow, really professional. Also, UnicornBooty.com published this response from Randazza, “I have allowed them [accused file sharers] every courtesy I could, and have offered to support virtually any lie they want me to support (for example, they were looking at Corbins Coeds). Nobody has ever taken me up on that offer.”
The reality sisters (and their mother Kris) are gonna have to fork over a good chunk of their allowance if Revenue Resource Group gets their way. The Kardashians are being sued for breach of contract to the tune of $75 million, claiming the three sisters had signed a two-year agreement, endorsing a new prepaid debit card featuring their purdy faces on it. According to a lawyer for the company, when Kardashians backed out of the deal, the negative press the company received as a result essential put them out of business.
I’m don’t know that the company will get close to that amount if anything from the ladies, but you never know. It’s not just losing the Kardashians that cast them in a bad light. The cards had many hidden fees that were exposed that naturally the Kardashians didn’t want to be known for promoting such a sketchy card.
