justin-bieber-what-do-you-mean

For a good while there, Justin Bieber was the butt of every joke due to his antics and doucey behavior. His music was just an afterthought. The 21-year-old started to turn things around when he did a public mea culpa. He also wisely joined in on the joke by participating in a Comedy Central roast. With his image on an upswing, the Biebs is shifting focus on his music. After all, that’s what initially catapulted him to stardom.

What Do You Mean” is the lead cut off his forthcoming fourth studio album due out on November 13. The Poo Bear and Skrillex co-production is a laidback breezy affair. It’s actually quite good and has already topped the iTunes chart. I love the light tropical vibe of the track. This has potential to become a huge hit for the Canadian singer. Check out the lyric video below featuring skateboarder Ryan Sheckler.

Within hours of releasing his “Energy” music video on Apple Music, Drake was already embroiled in a bit of controversy. The 28-year-old Canadian rapper was inundated with accusations of using ‘whiteface’ for his latest visual.

Along with superimposing his face on celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Kanye West, OJ Simpson and Barrack Obama, he also appeared as Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and former Toronto mayor Rob Ford. It’s for the caucasian personalities he’s getting a bit of heat for from social media trolls. Some were ‘offended‘ to others suggesting he gets a pass because he’s light skinned.

Personally, I think people are overreacting. I don’t think his intentions were malicious. The same can be said for those celebs accused for using ‘blackface‘ when clearly they’re not coming from a mean racist place. Do you agree or not? Are people being too sensitive? Watch the video below and weigh in afterward.

It’s probably not the first time people have drawn on The Biebs’ face. At least this time though, it’s not penises or other raunchy graffiti scribbled on his mug.

Skrillex and Diplo finally unveiled the music video for their Justin Beiber-assisted hit “Where Are Ü Now.” The track is off the electronic duo’s joint music project, Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack U.

Back in May, artists were invited to a Los Angeles gallery to draw photos on Justin’s face. Some of the submissions were chosen for the clip. Skrillex and Diplo released a statement explaining the video’s concept. Check out the video below.

“We are being overwhelmed, in a good way, by the success of ‘Where Are Ü Now’ with Justin Bieber, so with the video we wanted to just take it back to the beginning of the record & essentially create an ode to our fans,” thee said in a statement.

“Doing what we do, it’s entirely all about the fans. We walk a fine line by being ‘famous’ and in the public eye but we are only here because of you, the fans,” they continued. “Justin wrote this record during a tough time in his life and it comes to us that sometimes, as artists, we are also just objects and we have to take that as much as we have to use that to create. We all do this for you, respect that you put us here and it’s Ü that made the video.”

“Working on something big right now in Europe. To learn more follow me on Fahlo. He is so hot right now,” Justin Beiber wrote on Facebook a couple of days ago. Hindsight is 20/20 and it was pretty obvious what the Canadian singer was hinting at.

Ben Stiller announced the 21-year-old is making a cameo in Zoolander 2 by posting a photo of the two engaging in a Blue Steel face-off. Valiant effort on The Beibs part, but Stiller is still the undisputed king when it comes to serving the iconic look.

Excited to see Justin’s cameo in the highly-anticipated sequel? Zoolander 2 struts its way into theaters on February 12, 2016. Weigh in below.

I Really Like You” was supposed to be Carly Rae Jepsen’s huge comeback. From the onset, critics praised it for its infectious beat and catchy chorus. For some reason though, it just hasn’t connected with the general public. It hasn’t even cracked the Billboard Hot 100 Top 40. It’s truly shocking how underwhelming the song’s performance is.

Jepsen and her manager Scooter Braun are desperate to save whatever life “I Really Like You” has left. The thirst is real folks.

Braun convinced Justin Beiber to enlist a bunch of famous friends to film a lip dub clip for the track. Watch Ariana Grande, Lance Bass, David Foster, K-pop star CL, Empire‘s Bryshere Gray, Kendall Jenner and many more below be unofficial ambassadors for Carly Rae.

Ariana Grande’s The Honeymoon Tour hits my neck of the woods next week and I can’t wait. The thousands of teen girls surrounding us will undoubtedly be annoying but I’ll be armed with six of my friends and a bit of alcohol in my system ;)

During her Inglewood, California spot, the 21-year-old singer covered the Whitney Houston classic, “I Have Nothing.” She absolutely slays it. David Foster who produced the track accompanied her by playing the piano alongside here. Hopefully, Ariana performs this or an equally impressive song cover when she hits Vancouver.

Justin Bieber who previously joined Grande on stage in Miami, once again made a surprise appearance. This time though, he remembered the lyrics to “Love Me Harder” when he duetted with Ariana. The Canadian singer also sang “As Long As You Love Me” and his new Jack U collaboration “Where Are U Now.” Check out all the performances below.

Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle is quickly becoming must-see television. Every celebrity participating on the show so far hasn’t held anything back in hopes of securing a victory.

The latest promo features Justin Bieber channeling the ‘Godfather of Heavy Metal.’ The 21-year-old looks practically unrecognizable wearing a long black wig, lip syncing to Ozzy Osbourne’s 1980 hit, “Crazy Train.”

The Biebs choosing this track may seem out of left field, but the two previously worked together. Back in 2011, they teamed up for a Super Bowl commercial where Ozzy asked, “What’s the f–k a Bieber?” Check out the promo below. Lip Sync Battle airs on Thursdays on Spike.

Madonna & Justin Bieber Play Never Have I Ever

In: Donovan, TV Shows

It’s Madonna Week on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The 56-year-old pop icon is on hand all week long to promote her new album, Rebel Heart, in stores now.

On today’s appearance, the “Living For Love” singer plays Never Have I Ever with newly-roasted Justin Bieber. For the most part, the questions are pretty PG and tame. The most salacious thing they admitted to is hooking up with siblings. Who hasn’t ;)

What I would give to play an actual game with these two with a few drinks consumed, naturally of course. The tea that would be spilled would be epic. Watch Ellen play with Madge and The Biebs below.
