Joelle “JoJo” Fletcher began her quest for true love this week on the premiere of The Bachelorette Season 12. Is it me or does is look pretty damn obvious who she’s already fallen for? Thank God, I have Jordan in my fantasy pool 😉

Meanwhile, the OG JoJo, of “Too Little, Too Late” fame, pops up in the latest Bachelor spinoff- The Millennial Bachelorette. Before you get too excited Bachelor Nation, it’s not a real show, but rather a new Funny or Die spoof. The 25-year-old singer makes a special, and humorous, cameo in the clip.

The actual leading lady, though, is Keke Palmer who’s on the hunt for her one true, non-exclusive, soulmate. “Get ready for a summer full of unmet expectations and poorly communicated feelings, this season is definitely gonna hurt,” the video description states.

Check out the clip below. At long last, we finally have a non-white leading lady, albeit for a parody, but still, it’s a start.

The Volunteer State is the latest Southern state to receive a sarcastic tourism ad from Funny or Die. IMHO, their parodies keep getting funnier and funnier. Is it wrong to find them hilarious given the gravity of the real political situation?

The home of Elvis Presley is being put on blast for its new anti-LGBT counseling bill that allows mental health professionals to refuse services to LGBT patients based on discriminatory religious beliefs.

FoD reveals Tennessee is a place where one can “sing a sad country song about your gay friends being refused counseling services,” “gaze at the beautiful rolling hills where the fog is as thick as our ignorance” and “laugh at an effeminate child.” Check out the full faux ad below to listen to more zingers.

Not to be outdone by its fellow Southern state, Mississippi now boasts the most anti-gay religious bill in the United States thanks to Phil Bryant. The Governor signed House Bill 1523 earlier this week which combines the most despicable parts of religious freedom bills with those of first amendment defense acts.

If visiting soul food restaurants where you can swallow your sense of humanity is on the top of your list or you want to walk amongst mansions previously inhabited by slave owners and now inhabited by bigots, then the Magnolia State is for you. Check out Funny or Die’s faux Mississippi anti-gay tourism video below. It’s now worse than North Carolina.

North Carolina is the latest state in the hot seat for new anti-gay legislation. Dubbed the “Bathroom Bill,” the Tar Heel state is the first to require students in state schools to use the bathroom that corresponds with the gender recorded on their birth certificates.

Like Georgia for their “Liberty Bill,” North Carolina has received criticism from major corporations and even threats of boycotts. The NBA is threatening to move the 2017 All-Star Game from Charlotte.

“We are deeply concerned that this discriminatory law runs counter to our guiding principles of equality and mutual respect and do not yet know what impact it will have on our ability to successfully host the 2017 All-Star Game in Charlotte.”

Funny or Die takes aim at North Carolina with its latest spoof. Their faux anti-gay commercial reminds folks of all the fun straight things you can do in their beautiful, intolerant state. Check it out below.

I would assume returning back to normal life after The Bachelorette is a shock to the system. Obviously, walking around without cameras following your every move would be a nice change, but I would assume there are letdowns as well.

Season 11 Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe and her fiance Shawn Booth show Funny or Die five ways that dating on the show differs from real life. From having dinner to simply walking into a room, life in front of the cameras is certainly different off. Check out the clip below.

Johnny Depp Stars As Donald Trump For Funny Or Die

In: Donovan, TV Shows

OMG!!! This NEEDS to happen for real. Johnny Depp would absolutely slay playing Donald Trump. It might finally be his ticket for that elusive Oscar.

The 52-year-old actor channels the entrepreneur-turned-politician perfectly for the faux movie-of-the-week promo in Funny or Die’s latest offering. The accent and hair are on point.

Donald Trump has it all. Money, power, respect, and an Eastern European bride. But all his success didn’t come for nothing. First, he inherited millions of dollars from his rich father, then he grabbed New York City by the balls. Now you can learn the art of negotiation, real estate, and high-quality brass in this illuminating made-for-TV special feature, Funny Or Die Presents Donald Trump’s The Art Of The Deal: The Movie.

Check out the hilarious clip below which features, oddly enough, a cameo from Alf. Yup, the 80s extraterrestrial television star.

Were the sales for Emotion so awful that it’s come to Carly Rae Jepsen singing for loose change? Sure, her last LP didn’t exactly burn up the charts, but Jepsen’s stint as a street performer was for Funny or Die.

The 30-year-old singer headed to Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade to give shoppers an unexpected surprise. At first, no one recognized her but once she started belting out “Call Me Maybe” and other hits, pedestrians caught on. Watch below to find out how much the Canadian earned as a busker.

Actor, model, certified hottie and now you can add activist to that list. Colton Haynes talks about the gender wage gap in a new video for Funny or Die.

The 27-year-old Arrow actor is dumbfounded about the huge wage disparity in the modeling industry. The clip pokes fun that the highest-paid female model apparently make 95% more than the highest-paid male model. Those poor chiseled jaw-dropping handsome men have it rough, don’t they 😉

“I’m not just a model and an actor, I’m a person who cares about stuff other than the way I look,” Colton says. “Men earning less than women, but doing the same work? How long has this been going on? Do other male models know about this?”

Check out the clip below where Haynes dons a wig to talk about the timely topic. If he really wants to get the message across, might I suggest being shirtless. Sex sells 😉
