Well hello there Miss Jennifer “Elizabeth Taylor” Lopez. The “Live It Up” singer serves some major Liz realness circa Cat On A Hot Tin Roof era for Mario Sorrenti. The famed photographer snapped Lopez for the latest issue of W magazine. The cover debuted a couple of days ago, but the inside editorial have just surfaced. Wearing vintage fur (PETA would so not approve), J.Lo. heads back to her childhood home in the Bronx in glamorous style. Wouldn’t expect anything less from the pop diva.
Inside the accompanying interview, Jennifer reveals she was homeless before getting her big break. She also talks about her relationship with her mom, her own parenting skills and her feelings about returning to the Bronx for the shoot and interview.
“The last time I was in there was when my mom and dad called us home to tell us they were separating after 33 years of marriage. I think that’s why I was nervous about coming here today. It’s like seeing someone from the past—you’re afraid to run into them because you never know if it’s going to be ‘wow’ or very difficult. This is a combination of both.”
“Icon status is an elusive, wild beast.” That’s how Beyonce’s editorial piece begins in the latest issue of Flaunt magazine. The 31-year-old looks as
Sasha fierce as ever. If you watched Bey’s behind-the-scenes footage of her MTV documentary, Year of the 4, you might recognize this Tony Duran-snapped shoot. Not sure why this 2011 African-themed spread is only surfacing now. Whatever the reason, I’m sure Bey’s fans are thankful they’ve finally surfaced.
Check out the photos below, along with quotes from her interview with the publication which includes her thoughts on being a gay icon, criticism for her Pepsi endorsement and what iconic piece of architecture she’d make out in.
“I’m flattered if I’m in the company of those great women. I think they love that we are bold, unafraid to love, and flaunt our sexuality and strength.”
If you’re looking to cool down this hot summer day, I advise staying clear from Adon magazine’s sizzling fashion editorial “Summer of Sex.” You know with a title like that, it’ll do nothing but get you hot and bothered. Photographer Joseph Sinclair snaps Carlos Freire, Zack Hartwanger, Andreas Eriksen and Henry Spurrier modeling the latest in swimsuits, watches and sunglasses. Check out the steamy and wet spread below.
Gotta hand it to Matthew Terry. Months after his heavily-hyped appearance in Calvin Klein’s first Super Bowl commercial, the sexy male model is still booking major editorials. His latest finds him in the June issue of Details Magazine. Photographer Milan Vukmirovic masterfully snaps Terry in a spread titled “White Noise.”
Matthew is his usual handsome self in threads impeccably styled by Matthew Marden including pieces from Paul Smith, Dior Homme, Marc Jacobs, Boss and Diesel to name a few. Check out the images below.
Who doesn’t love twins, especially when drenched in wet t-shirts? Aussie’s contribution to the world of twin models are the Stenmark Brothers. Zac and Jordan are some of the most in-demand twins in the industry. They’re so hot right now, even Tom Ford is calling them.
For their latest spread, the identical siblings pose for photographer Todd Barry. The two, most notably Jordan, look extremely fine wearing denim looks from BOSS by Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren and more looks styled by Trevor Stone. Check out their editorial titled “Double Denim” for Sunday Style Australia. They’ll definitely wish you were down under ;)
I’ve been meaning to post this spread for a couple of weeks now, but kept pushing it aside. At long last, I’m finally sharing sexy Brazilian model Marcos Miranda rocking out a unitard and not much else for Glad magazine’s eighth issue.
I wonder if the editorial title “Brazilian New Sin” refers to the curly-haired stud? He’s definitely sinfully delicious. At certain angles, he reminds me of one of my favorite models, Marlon Teixeira. Check out the Junior Franch-snapped shoot below.
After the weekend I just had, papa needs a vacation in Tulum, Mexico. Even better if Danish model Tobias Sorensen is still kicking it in the beautiful Yucatan peninsula where he shot his recent editorial for Essential Homme. There’s just something sexy badass about his signature facial scar.
Photographed by A.P. Kim, Tobias enjoys a restful holiday in a luxury resort, wearing the perfect summer wardrobe. It’s a quintessential summer collection of linen, sexy swimwear, light-weight knits and crisp cotton shirts. Stylist Terry Lu did a great job working pieces from Salvatore Ferragamo, Emporio Armani and Hermès alongside each other perfectly. Check out Tobias’ sexy shoot below.
Whether in black and white, technicolor or sepia tones, Henry Cavill looks mighty fine. Life’s just not fair ;) The Man of Steel actor trades in his cape for threads by Tom Ford, A/X Armani and Burberry to name a few to earn the new moniker Man of Style. Snapped by fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco, the 30-year-old Brit is the epitome of laid-back cool in his fashion editorial for InStyle Magazine’s June 2013 issue. Check out the spread below.
