After just spending an extra long weekend in Portland for their Pride, the last thing I want to do is party. My friends and I definitely pushed it to the limit. A few days of relaxing, cleansing and overall peace and quiet is what I need after an amazing time. However, after watching this sexy club promo, I’m half tempted to squeeze in a little European jaunt in the near future.

Barcelona gay hot spot BimBamBum recently released its summer promo and it’s HOT. Set to a remix of Icona Pop’s “I Love It,” the clip features some sexy Spaniards having a little beach fun, sucking on lollipops and getting a little frisky at a local laundromat. It’s definitely worth a watch. Though there’s no nudity, there is a bit of butt crack later in the video. Just a bit of a warning if your workplace is extra sensitive about booty cleavage ;) Enjoy.

Well, isn’t Joe Manganiello one generous fellow. Just last month he showed off his Greek god-like body to Men’s Health UK. He’s once again shirtless but this time it’s for the US version. The 36-year-old covers the publication’s June/July 2013 issue and heads to the beach for the inside editorial.

Clearly, the magazine has a hard-on for Manganiello. Not only is he their cover boy, but he recently ranked as No. 1 pick on their Best Summer Bodies list. I don’t blame them. He’s all that and then some. Side note: Did you catch his hot sex scene on the True Blood season premiere this past Sunday? His butt left me absolutely speechless.

Parke & Ronen never fails in picking the right model to front their campaigns. This time around they’ve tapped Soul Artist Management stunner Torben King to flex his muscles for their Summer 2013 lookbook. Photographer Justin Violini does a great job of highlighting King’s best assets. Check out the fruits of their collaboration below. I need a dip in the pool to cool off. If you’re jaw is still on the theater floor due to Henry Cavill’s shirtless scenes in Man of Steel, then you’ll definitely appreciate this. The 30-year-old shares his experience training with Mark Twight, as he made his own personal transformation to portraying the iconic superhero. In between scenes of Cavill pumping iron, he weighs in on the value of pushing yourself over the limit and being selflessly dedicated to building a stronger mind and body.

Based on the number of posts I write about ES Collection’s marketing material, you’d think I’m part of their promotions team. Not so. I’m just in awe of all the male models they cast. They never seem to disappoint. And in all honesty, their product is pretty awesome. I have a pair of trunks from a couple of years back that I still love.

Earlier this year, I introduced the Spanish brand’s new line, El Hierro. The company just released a fashion film showing off their awesome new collection. The rugged Mars-like landscape of El Hierro (located near the Canary Islands) with the ripped bodies of the models is truly breathtaking. The only thing I would change is the voiceover. It’s a little too trailer-sounding for a spoof flick, if you ask me. Not sexy at all. Check out the stunning visuals *cough* shirtless models *cough* below. You’ll be thankful you did.

This week I’ve decided to highlight a sexy mixed martial artist named Roger Huerta. The 30-year old first became known when he competed in the lightweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and later competing in the Bellator Fighting Championships. Huerta is of Mexican and Salvadorian descent and has some sexy tattoos to compliment his ripped body.

Huerta had a difficult childhood, being mentally and physically abused by his mother as a child and was abandoned by her. Growing up he ran into more hard times and wound up living on the street and in a gang. With all that, he still remained in school and joined wrestling. One of his teachers really saw something in him and prepped him to prepare for a University Scholarship and he later began attending Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Such a heartbreaking yet inspiring story.

All I have to say is Veronica and Julie are some lucky bitches. The two wives have been nagging their husbands, Michael and Adrian respectively, to fix a few things around their homes. Unfortunately, the men have been neglecting their wishes and the to-do list keeps piling up. Enter TLC and their quartet of hunky fixer-uppers.

Honey Do is a new two-part special featuring a dream team of handy men that come to the aid of one wife to tackle all of the unfinished home improvement projects her husband has been ignoring. In each episode, while the wife sits back and kicks her feet up for the day, the husband learns what it takes to be Mr. Fix It.

The team consists of (left to right) Kevin Peake “the construction man,” Ben Patterson “the painter,” Jonathan Waud “the foreman,” and Dan Vickery “the handyman.” The latter also appeared on HGTV’s Design Star. Fans of modeling shows might recognize Peake. He was the mole on Bravo’s male ANTM-like modeling show, Manhunt and ABC’s Are You Hot?

I have a light bulb that needs changing. It’s a two-person job. Calling Kevin and Ben. Calling Kevin and Ben. I wonder if they do housecalls ;) Catch the premiere of Honey Do on Monday, June 17 at 10/9c on TLC! Check out the guys in action (shirtless of course) below.
