Skyfall, the latest Bond film starring Daniel Craig, opened in theatres over the weekend and achieved record breaking numbers for the 007 franchise. I personally haven’t yet seen it but am hoping to get my butt to the theatre some time this week to check it out.

In a new Funny or Die video, film critic Elvis Mitchell presents this lost James Bond classic from the 70s, To Have and To Gold. A film that was written, directed, and starring a man named Gil Edmundberry (played by SNL alum Chris Kattan). Also starring in the faux film is Bojana Barovic.

As with all Bond movies, the film has it’s own unique title theme song and opening sequence. Check out the funny video below.

Back in 2002, Threshold Entertainment began production on an animated film intended for release in 2009. The project is titled FoodFight! and features some heavy hitting acting talent in the voices of the lead roles. Yesterday mysteriously, the trailer for the assumed project leaked online creating wonder of if this animated feature would ever see the light of day. However, when you see the quality of the trailer, you’ll wonder if it was just intended to had straight to DVD for the PG-rated flicks you pop in when you are babysitting a few young ones.

Starring the voices of Charlie Sheen, Hilary Duff and Eva Longoria, the plot of the story revolves around what happens inside your supermarket after the lights are turned off and all the employees leave. The result is the shelves turning into a miniature city full of life with characters of their own.

Dex, voiced by Charlie Sheen is the town’s lawmaker who is set out to protect those in the city from the evil Lady X, voiced by Eva Longoria. Another villan in the flick is Mr. Clipboard voiced by Christopher Lloyd. The film claims “if you have an appetite for adventure, get a taste of deliciously action packed.” While I wouldn’t add this to my list of must-sees, I am curious to check it out to see if it truly is as bad as it looks. Although, I have a feeling that my stepsister or Patrick’s niece and nephew would find this film highly entertaining. Check out the leaked trailer for FoodFight!.
