With a new gig as a panelist on So You Think You Can Dance, Jason Derulo spends most of his time on the West Coast these days. The “Want to Want Me” singer already has a home in LA which he shelled out $3.5 million for. Naturally, the 25-year-old wants to unload his home in Coconut Creek (45 min from Miami).

The country club estate spans 10,637 square feet, boasting 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Though the exterior has a Mediterranean feel, it features a lavish modern vibe inside. The amenities include an oversized pool with a waterfall, dance studio and personal gym. It’s clear Derulo spent lots of time in the latter. Dude has a bangin’ body.

The property is on the market for a cool $2.9 million. Check out pics of his Florida home below.

Who knew Cindy Crawford was so savvy when it came to real estate? The stunning supermodel purchased a home in Malibu last year for $6 million. After doing an extensive renovation, Crawford, along with her restauranteur husband, Rande Gerber, are looking to make a pretty penny. They’re asking for more than twice what they paid and now asking for $15.45 million. YOWZA!!!

To be fair, the place is quite stunning with its exposed ceiling beam, oak floors and breathtaking views. It also has a private path to the beach. Check out plenty of pics below of the 3,651 square foot property. That Cindy sure has great taste when it comes to interior design.

No wonder he’s so “Happy.” I’d be too if I lived this swanky contemporary home. The Jetsons-like living room has the child within me, who was obsessed with the futuristic cartoon, extremely giddy.

Reportedly, the 42-year-old singer dropped $7.14 million on his new digs high in the Los Angeles hills. His 4,000+ square foot new abode boasts six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Love all the glass, giving a spectacular view of the City of Angels and obsessed with the sleek lines of the exterior. Check out plenty of photos below of Pharrell’s new home.

Back during their power couple days, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis purchased the 7,000-square-foot triplex in 1990. That’s around the same time when Ghost hit theaters. After the divorce, the 52-year-old actress retained ownership of the stunning property.

Fast forward 25 years later, and Moore has decided to finally let go of the penthouse. She put it on the market about a month ago for a whopping $75 million price tag.

“I’m spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time,” Moore told The New York Times.

A private elevator brings you up to a double-height foyer. The luxurious Central Park West penthouse boasts 5 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. It’s located atop one of the towers of the famous San Remo building. The views of New York City are beyond stunning. Get a peek below at the exclusive address.

Are you a hardcore Mean Girls fan? Got about $15 million kicking around? Perhaps, this piece of real estate might be of interest.

Regina George’s home featured in the teen flick is on the market for a cool $14.8 million. Situated in Toronto, Canada, the mammoth NeoClassical stone residence is approximately 20,000 square feet. That’s 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms on a private 2 acre property. Naturally, it also has a garage big enough for six vehicles. Duh!

It appears that Regina’s bedroom in the movie isn’t an actual room on the property. Besides the Gone With The Wind-esque staircase, killer kitchen and stunning grounds, the mansion doesn’t appeal to me too much. It’s kinda bipolar with its all-white rooms and old-lady decor in others. Get a sneak peek at the home below and share your thoughts afterwards.

Zachary Quinto sold his Loz Feliz home in Los Angeles late last year. With most of his gigs now in New York, the 37-year-old actor has packed up and made the move to the East coast.

Unlike his Girls character though, Quinto opted for Manhattan instead of Brooklyn like his television character. He reportedly dropped $3,162,500 on a stylish 2,300 square-foot loft which he’ll live in with his boyfriend Miles McMillan and their two rescue dogs- Noah and Skunk.

The pictures below of the property were probably taken when the previous owners lived there. Unless Zachary is hiding the fact he has a kid. LOL. It’s slickly decorated but it’s the architectural details that are stunning, especially the ceiling detail. Check out the gorgeous pad below.

When one thinks of motor homes, this isn’t exactly what comes to mind. With $30,000 worth of leather, $100,000 – $125,000 worth of technology, a $20,000 bathroom and $100,000 granite countertops spanning over 1,200 square feet, you won’t find this luxurious two-storey mobile mansion at your neighborhood trailer park. If so, where because I’m moving in.

This place Will Smith calls home while on set is so sick it’s nicknamed “The Heat.” HGTV highlighted it on their series, Celebrity Motor Homes. The coolest part is when it expands to give even more room inside. If you like what you see, reportedly, you can rent it for a reasonable $9,000 a week. Check out all the wicked features and amenities in the video below.

It’s been a while since I featured a celebrity home and what better way to return than with an apartment so gorgeous it’s featured in Elle Decor. Cameron Diaz shows off her completely renovated Manhattan West Village apartment in the October 2013 issue. Just like the Bad Teacher actress, I have an affinity for shiny sparkly things. She credits it to her Cuban roots. LOL. “I’m surrounded by things that mean something to me. That’s what a home is,” she tells the publication.

Check out photos of her glamorous abode designed by esteemed interior designer Kelly Wearstler. If you watched Bravo’s Top Design, you’ll remember her on the judging panel and for her ever-changing hairstyles and impeccable style. “I’m really going to miss those four-hour-long meetings with Kelly. I got to look at, touch, and talk about beautiful things,” says Diaz. Hard life indeed ;)
