Britney Spears finally released her long-awaited new single, “Make Me,” recently. While most of my friends are practically dying over Godney’s new single, I’m on the fence. It didn’t immediately capture me, but at the same time, I didn’t hate it either. I have a feeling, it’s going to grow on me though.

My apathy for the track will most likely change when the 34-year-old pop superstar drops the accompanying visual. No doubt, it’ll be a sexy affair given all the male eye candy surrounding her. However, what I’m most looking forward to is watching Brit Brit dance.

Based on a dance rehearsal video, she recently shared, it appears Spears is back doing choreography again. And she’s not half-assing either. She looks like she’s giving it her all. Can’t wait for the clip to debut. Check out the rehearsal footage below.

Britney Spears was reportedly set to premiere “Make Me” during the 2016 Billboard Music Awards a couple of months ago, but for some reason she postponed it. Much to the delight of her fans, the 34-year-old finally released it. Honestly, it’s not bad, but I was expecting more given the hype from her team, including featured artist G-Eazy.

“You guys are gonna love it. You gonna eat it up. It’s big, it’s big. It’s a big record. It’ll go off in the clubs. It’ll sound good on radio,” the rapper stated. With a solid remix, I can definitely see “Make Me” impacting on the Billboard Dance chart and clubs, but the original version is a little to mellow, IMHO.

“Make Me” is the lead cut off Brit’s forthcoming ninth studio album, which still has no name. Originally, “Pretty Girls” was supposed to kick off her new era, but wisely, Spears, along with her team, are pretending that mishap never happened 😉

Give “Make Me” a listen below and be sure to weigh in afterward. On a side note, how hot does she look on the official cover art. Las Vegas certainly looks great on her.

After the commercial disappointment that was Britney Jean, I have a feeling Britney Spears will rebound big time with her new album. At least that’s my prediction after checking out her latest fragrance commercial featuring a new song titled “Private Show.”

“‘Private Show’ is inevitably a sexy song and it promotes feeling sexy and girls feeling alive and I think that’s fun for girls,” Britney told Entertainment Tonight. “I think the scent definitely has a combination of all those things.”

And sexy it is. The 34-year-old superstar is absolutely sizzling in the clip. Dare I say, she’s never looked better, even during her Oops era. Whatever she’s doing, keep on, keeping on. It’s working ten fold.

Checking out her smoking new ad below. It sorta reminds me of Beyonce’s underrated “Dance For You” music video.

Hands,” is a musical tribute to the 49 victims of the shooting at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida. The track features Mary J Blige, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears, Tyler Glenn, Selena Gomez, Halsey, Ty Herndon, Imagine Dragons, Juanes, Adam Lambert, Mary Lambert, Jennifer Lopez, the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles, Kacey Musgraves, MNEK, Alex Newell, P!nk, Prince Royce, Nate Ruess, RuPaul, Troye Sivan, Jussie Smollett, Gwen Stefani, and Meghan Trainor.

The just-released lyric video doesn’t feature any of the artists, with exception to some footage taken during the recording. Rather, it showcases online personalities including Rebecca Black and Michael Buckley to name a few, displaying the song lyrics on their hands.

However, it’s the appearance of Patience Carter, Tiara Parker, and Angel Anthony Santiago, survivors of the shooting at Pulse Nightclub, that make a huge emotional impact. Check out the video below.

Proceeds from the sale of the new tribute single in the United States will benefit Equality Florida Pulse Victims Fund, the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida, and GLAAD.

It appears her new era is finally getting underway. About friggin’ time if you ask me. I’m not the hugest Britney Spears fan, but even I’m curious to check out the new album.

The 34-year-old pop superstar shared a video teaser for her new fragrance, Private Show. In the clip, a very short snippet of her song of the same name is played. It’s not much, but all of it looks very promising. Brit is absolutely scorching. Girl is point. Check it out below.

In the wake of the Orlando tragedy, a couple of charity singles have been released including Christina Aguilera’s fantastica ballad “Change.” Every time I hear it, I still get chills.

The latest tribute single honoring the 49 victims features an all-star lineup. Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Mary J Blige, Jason Derulo, Tyler Glenn, Selena Gomez, Halsey, Ty Herndon, Imagine Dragons, Juanes, Adam Lambert, Mary Lambert, Jennifer Lopez, Kacey Musgraves, MNEK, Alex Newell, P!nk, Prince Royce, Nate Ruess, RuPaul, Troye Sivan, Jussie Smollett, Meghan Trainor and the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles all unite for “Hands.”

“The second I heard about this horrible tragedy where so many of my LGBTQ brothers and sisters lost their lives, I immediately got on a plane to Orlando to volunteer my help anyway I could,” writer and producer Justin Tranter said about the single. “Putting this charity single together is just a way for me, and everyone involved to keep volunteering our help and promote peace and love in the world.”

It’s Britney Bitch!!! Or should I say Belle. The tale as old as time gets a new makeover courtesy of Todrick Hall.

This isn’t the first time Hall has reworked Beauty and the Beast. He memorably delivered a ratchet version, Beauty and the Beat, a couple of years ago. This time around, Toddy retells the beloved film using only songs from Britney Spears. Watch Gaston, Belle, Lumiere and all your favorites sing Brit’s hits like “Lucky,” “Overprotected,” “Everytime,” “Break The Ice” and naturally “Toxic.”

Hall steps in to play the titular Beast while his BF Jesse Pattison and his muscles channel Gaston. Meanwhile, Brittanie Brant portrays Belle. Check out the highly-entertaining clip below.

Billboard just announced Britney Spears will be the recipient of their Millennium Award which acknowledges outstanding career achievements and influence in the music industry. She’s the third person to receive the award. Beyonce was the first in 2011 and then Whitney Houston received it posthumously in 2012. The honor has been dormant until now.

Throughout her career, the 34-year-old “Toxic” singer has six albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, with 24 Top 40 singles charting on the Billboard Hot 100. Five of those have reached the No. 1 slot. She also has six Billboard Music Awards on her mantle.

Spears will perform a medley of her hits at the show, airing on ABC on May 22 live from Las Vegas. Rumor has it, she’ll debut the lead single “Make Me (Oooh)” off her forthcoming ninth studio album at the awards as well.

Do you think Britney is worthy of the award? Excited to see her perform her hits? Weigh in below.
