Where does the time go? It’s hard to believe Conan O’Brien has been entertaining late night audiences for 20 years. That’s even including that mishap with NBC on The Tonight Show. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Conan and his team compiled some of his best bloopers. Ironically, as he’s presenting the montage, a technical glitch occurs. I guess he can save that for his 25th anniversary.
The celebration doesn’t stop with the blooper reel. Through November 15 on the Conan Show, they’re going through their vault for their favorite guests, characters, comedy sketches, and countless moments of general stupidity. Check out some hilarious mishaps below.
The guys over at News Be Funny have compiled all the best news bloopers from July 2013. A few highlights include a woman inadvertently drawing a penis while describing traffic (:13 mark), fake Asian pilot names (:56 mark), a weather woman rolling her eyes thinking the camera has panned away (2:37 mark) and a really weird bear safety demonstration (1:08 mark). You really have to see it to believe it.
But my favorite is this woman giving an eyewitness account (7:20 mark). I really can’t understand her, but her actions while describing the events had me laughing. She looked like a crazy pecking chicken. She’s even wearing yellow.
Another hilarious moment is a reporter on location at a mall calling out passersby (6:30 mark). He brings the unsuspecting guys for an interview about embarrassing things such as genital warts and wearing woman’s panties to name a few. Check out the bloopers compilation below which includes the aforementioned items along with usual laughing fits and flubbed lines.
When Saturday Night Live returns for its 39th season, three longtime actors (Fred Armisen, Bill Hader & Jason Sudeikis) will no longer be part of the cast. Insert sad face. As they say, the show must go on. Just as the case when the unexpected happens during a live show.
Typically, the show’s strong arsenal of repertory players have no problem keeping in character no matter what comes their way. But every now and then, they fall prey to laughing fits. Just like the common cold, it then becomes extremely contagious and pretty soon everyone’s trying not to bust out laughing.
In a new supercut, everyone from Phil Hartman to Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrell to Bill Hader’s fit of laughter is documented. Check out the hilarious clip below.
Another month has already gone by and with that has come another batch of the Best News Bloopers for the month of March. Both the January and February editions were quite hilarious, and this one has some pretty funny incidents as well.
About a week ago, I actually wrote about one specific live news prank that happened this month where the anchor wished a happy birthday to Huge Anus without realizing what he had said. One of the other anchors just loses it when he hears it and needless to say, this blooper definitely made the cut for March’s best news bloopers. My favorite one in this montage is where a female news anchor (shown top left in the header photo) accidentally says something pretty dirty and simply can’t recover from it as she breaks down into laughter.
Enjoy the video below!
With February wrapping up this week, it’s the perfect time to share the best news bloopers from this month with you. There were lots to laugh to in January, and February definitely doesn’t disappoint either. There’s just something about messing up your lines or random (and funny) things happening on live television that I just love watching. It’s amazing how so many good line flubs can happen each and every month.
In the very first clip on the montage, a female news anchor in Canada is telling her male co-anchor about how when her baby was teething, he used to take the big fat rubber end of her vibrating toothbrush and shove it in his mouth. She then proceeds to do the action and verbalize what she felt he would have been saying if he could talk. As you can imagine, the whole conversation and visual looks and sounds very dirty and her co-anchor can barley contain himself.
Enjoy the bloopers video montage below. Can’t wait to see what March has in store for us!
Ellen DeGeneres recently aired her 1600th episode and one of the ways she wanted to celebrate was to show a montage of some of her favorite moments where people have made her laugh hysterically.
To be more specific, these are the celebrities that she interviews that are making her laugh. This montage is all about members of her staff, people from the audience, and those people that have helped her pull off hidden camera pranks where they have to say what Ellen says to them in their ear piece. I’ve said it before, but one of my favorite things is seeing comedians lose their sh*t and laugh themselves.
One of my favorite parts is when Ellen has someone working at a Starbucks drive-thru say to a customer through the speaker, “Oh, I just ate so much chocolate… I’m full.” To everyone’s surprise, the guy responds, “I just smoked so much weed…” LOL!! Ellen just dies of laugher. Watch the hilarious video below.
One of my favorite things to watch is those moments when a hilarious comedian cracks up. Anytime Kristen Wiig cracked up on SNL or that hilarious and infamous Disney sketch with Debbie Downer & Lindsay Lohan – epic! Well, Ryan Steele has released his blooper reel for 2012, revealing all of those laugh-out-loud moments that didn’t make the final cut.
From moments where they messed up where they were saying to the countless times where they cracked up when becoming conscious of how hilarious they probably sound or look in whatever the outrageous scene may me. Ryan Steele and Amy Goodmurphy have to say and do some pretty effed up things in these wacky videos so it’s always fun to see them crack up at the hilarity of it all as well.
With so many familiar Vancouverites in the video, keep your eyes peeled and you might even catchy myself and fellow Homorazzi cast member Nic at a few points throughout the video. I’m wearing a hideous wig and Nic is shirtless at the end.
Although I haven’t seen This Is 40 yet myself, I love a good blooper reel. I’ve heard mixed reviews for the movie but one thing is for certain, bloopers are always a hit.
In the following video, cast members Jason Segal, Leslie Mann, Paul Rudd, Chris O’Dowd, Megan Fox, Melissa McCarthy & more breakout in laughter as they try to push through some very awkward scenes or hilariously obscene dialogue. One hilarious scene is with Segal, O’Dowd and Fox. When the guys learn that Fox is single, O’Dowd says, “We both would like to know for one…we both want to make love in you.” Needless to say, they all burst out in laughter. Seriously, how could you deliver a line like that and not laugh? I sure couldn’t.
Watch the video below if you want a good laugh to wrap up your week. Enjoy!
