Several months ago, Warner Bros. revealed a plan to release ten DC Comics films over the next few years. During an investor conference today, the studio revealed the titles of the movies and some previously unconfirmed casting. It’s definitely an ambitious endeavor with a couple years having three major releases.

Not surprisingly, a Wonder Woman film is in the works given that the studio recently revealed her origin story of being Zeus’ daughter. Also in the mix is a Guardians of the Galaxy-like film featuring a band of imprisoned supervillains named Suicide Squad. There’s even another Green Lantern film scheduled for 2020. I highly doubt Ryan Reynolds will return to play the superhero.

Along with the ten films announced, standalone films for Superman and Batman are in the works. Yup, Ben Affleck will headline his own superhero film. Let’s hope this one fares better than Daredevil. Check out the titles below, along with some of the stars playing them.

Nicole Scherzinger’s long-awaited sophomore album drops in the UK next week on October 20. Big Fat Lie is a bit of a departure from her pop dance-ready debut Killer Love. Tricky Stewart and The Dream produced the entire album which features the 36-year-old taking a more mellower approach.

I gotta say, I kinda like it. Previously released tracks “On The Rocks” and “God Of War” remain favorites, while “Electric Blue” featuring T.I. and “Heartbreaker” sound promising.

Fans of Scherzy’s more upbeat fare, fear not. Nicole previously stated the US release of Big Fat Lie, due out in Spring 2015, would feature a slightly different tracklist. “Our club is different in America. I feel like the club here (UK) is more dance and the club in America is a little more R&B and hip-hop,” she said in an interview with Graham Norton.

Check out an album sampler of Big Fat Lie below and weigh in on which tracks are your favorite. If none of them please you, sound off about that as well.

Nothing generates more money for charity than good-looking men taking their clothes off. In this instance, it’s a bunch of sexy doctors from Ireland going shirtless to support Epilepsy Ireland.

The eye-catching 2015 calendar photographed by Ciara Ryan features medical students and doctors showing off what’s been hiding at hospital wards across the land. Check out below what the Emerald Isle has under its scrubs.

Robbie Rogers’ Shorts Are Coming To ABC

In: Donovan, Totally GAY!, TV Shows

Back in July came word that a sitcom inspired by Robbie Rogers’ life as MLS’ first openly-gay athlete was being developed by writer Claudia Lonow and producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron. The latter duo have produced such gay-friendly entertainment including Hairspray and Smash. Clearly, Rogers’ boyfriend, Arrow producer Greg Berlanti, and his connections had something to do with the deal. The project has officially landed on ABC.

Nick Jonas is certainly a fan of one-word song titles. “Chains,” “Jealous,” and “Numb” are tracks that have surfaced online from his forthcoming self-titled album. “Teacher” and “Wilderness” are two new tracks also sporting only one word. Just like their predecessors, these new offerings are quite good.

On “Teacher,” class is in session. The youngest Jonas tries to instruct his lover how to love properly. “When you act like this, it’s like your momma never told you how to love. So let me teach you,” he croons on the 80s disco-tinged track.

Continuing the sexual theme, Nick sings about taking it back to basics and getting naked on “Wilderness.” He longs to get all savage on the pop track. Yes please!!!

It appears Nick’s fans are warming up to his new R&B sound. The second single “Jealous” is officially a Top 40 track on the Billboard Hot 100 and shows no signs of slowing down. Clearly, not reuniting with his brothers was a wise career move. This older, buff and urban Jonas is one I can get behind of ;) Give his new tracks a listen below and weigh in on which of the two is catchier. My vote is for “Teacher.”

One thing is clear. Martha Stewart doesn’t like anyone encroaching on her territory. Especially when it’s from a pretty blond Hollywood actress.

Both Gwyneth Paltrow and Blake Lively have put their crafty hats in the DIY ring, trying to be the next lifestyle queen. Each has launched a website- Goop.com and Preserve.us respectively. The 73-year-old personality hasn’t had any kinds words to say about either since and thrown some shade at them. Here’s what Stewart had to say about Paltrow.

“I haven’t eaten at Gwyneth’s house, and I have never seen how she lives,” Stewart said to Bloomberg TV. “But, if she’s authentic, all the better, and I certainly hope she is. She really wants to be part of the lifestyle business.”

“She just needs to be quiet — she’s a movie star,” Stewart told Net-a-Porter. “If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn’t be trying to be Martha Stewart.”

Regarding Lively, Martha was a tad nicer since they’re friends and neighbors. In fact, Stewart helped Blake plan her wedding to Ryan Reynolds. Back in July when asked about the Gossip Girl actress being called the next Martha Stewart, she replied it’s ‘stupid. She added:

“I don’t mean that facetiously!I mean, it’s stupid, she could be an actress! Why would you want to be me if you could be an actress? I just did a movie yesterday, though—I can’t even tell you about it—but I want to be Blake Lively,” she joked.

Check out Stewart’s latest dig at Paltrow below. It’s actually quite cute and humorous but definitely shady. Who knew Martha had it in her? I like.

Bette Midler Pays Tribute To Girl Groups On New Album

In: Donovan, Music

The legends are certainly representing this year. Barbra Streisand released her Partners LP to much success. Tony Bennett teamed up with Lady Gaga for a new album which also hit the top of the charts. Aretha Franklin is also getting in the game with Aretha Franklin Sings the Great Diva Classics, due out October 21.

Bette Midler is taking a similar approach to Franklin, but instead of paying homage to divas, the Divine Miss M is putting girl groups in the spotlight. It’s The Girls hits stores on November 4 and it’s her first album in eight years.

The 68-year-old icon covers classics made famous by The Shirelles, The Supremes and Martha and the Vandellas to name a few. For the most part, the acts she’s chosen are pretty old school with exception to TLC which is by far the most contemporary. Too bad, she didn’t include Destiny’s Child or Spice Girls in the mix.

The first track off the LP has been released. Bette covers The Ronettes‘ ’60s classic “Be My Baby.” Overall, it’s a pretty faithful rendition. Give it a listen below.

It’s no secret that Kesha and longtime producer Dr. Luke have a strained relationship. By the looks of it, it’s not going to get better anytime in the near future. Earlier today, the “Tik Tok” singer filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke. Hours later, he filed a countersuit against his former protégé.

Kesha alleges Dr. Luke was abusive from the get-go after signing her when she was 18. She claims he made repeated sexual advances toward her, and forced her to use drugs and alcohol. She points to one specific occasion where she woke up naked in Dr. Luke’s bed, sore, sick after taking ‘sober pills’ he gave her. Kesha also cites physical abuse in her lawsuit.

She is asking a judge to let her out of her contract with Luke. Her lawyer Mark Geragos spoke to TMZ.
