Chris Pratt can’t take a bad picture in my opinion. He’s so frickin’ adorable. With that in mind, is it me or does he look a little Kermit the Frog-ish in the photo above. The green tint everywhere is too much. I suppose they were going for a safari look given that Jurassic World is just around the corner, but still.

Thankfully, the 35-year-old looks more like a natural hue in the other photos found inside GQ’s June 2015 issue which were snapped by Peggy Sirota. Check them out below, along with a few quotes where Pratt talks about life before being a household name. Specifically, other actors blatantly hitting on his wife, Anna Faris, in front of his face and more. #shadybitches

Rihanna Debuts Dior Video Ad Campaign

In: Donovan, Fashion
rihanna-dior-video-campaign

As previously mentioned, Rihanna is the newest celebrity face for Dior. She becomes the first woman of color to become an official spokesperson for the French label since the house launched seven decades ago. Last week, the print campaign surfaced online and now the video ad has debuted.

Like the still images, the 27-year-old is serving major eleganza in the accompanying clip. Steven Klein who helmed the shoot also directs the visual which was filmed at France’s Palace of Versailles.

“Rihanna‘s mystery and intrigue combined with her razor-sharp looks and sensibility, are the essential, perfect elements to create the stage for Secret Garden.” – Steven Klein

The clip also features a snippet of RiRi’s intro song off her forthcoming eighth studio album. “If Only For A Night” heavily samples a Florence + The Machine track with a similar name. Give the clip a view below. It’s very reminiscent of Beyonce’s “Partition” visual but more high fashion and less booty dropping ;)

Taye Diggs Tapped Next To Play Hedwig

In: Donovan, The Arts, Totally GAY!

Taye Diggs is returning to his Broadway roots. The 44-year-old actor will play the titular role in the Tony-winning musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch. He’ll begin his 12-week run starting on July 22, taking over the role currently being played by Glee‘s Darren Criss.

“Taye is fantastic — he has theater cred, he has pop culture cred, he can sing, he can act, he can dance, he’s smart and he’s sexy,” producer David Binder told the New York Times. “That’s why we cast him.”

Some of Diggs’ most notable Broadway credits include Rent, Chicago and Carousel. It’s been nearly 12 years since he last appeared on the Great White Way. In 2006, he stepped in to play Fiyero in Wicked opposite his then-wife Idina Menzel.

Excited to see Diggs in the production? I can’t wait to see him all glammed and glittered up in the promo posters. Weigh in below.

Mariah Carey Previews ‘Infinity’ Music Video

In: Donovan, Music

Vocally, she might not be at her best these days, but looks wise, Mariah Carey is looking pretty dang good. The 45-year-old serves major face in a teaser for her “Infinity” music video. Mimi is simply stunning in it. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.

Once again, Carey enlisted Brett Ratner to direct her latest clip. The two, who are rumored to be dating, previously worked on “Obsessed,” “Touch My Body,” “We Belong Together” and my personal favorite “Heartbreaker” to name a few. Check out the 37-second preview below.

It appears David Guetta and Nicki Minaj’s latest collaboration is proving as successful as their previous offering, “Turn Me On.” “Hey Mama” is just on the cusp of breaking into the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10. With the release of the accompanying music video and performance at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, the EDM track should cross the threshold this week.

Guetta and Minaj head to the desert for a Burning Man meets Mad Max-themed visual. Should a Beyond The Thunderdome remake ever happen, I nominate Nicki to step into Tina Turner’s fierce warrior wardrobe. Check out the surprisingly entertaining clip below where Minaj appears as a hologram.

With warm summer months fast approaching, the last thing that’s on my mind are heavy coats, sweaters and other winter fare. But as I’ve said many times before, I’d buy whatever male supermodel Marlon Teixeira is selling. The Brazilian is beyond handsome.

Even in this mountain set editorial for L’Officiel Hommes Brasil, the 23-year-old still found opportunities to pose shirtless. Thank you Jesus!!!

Check out more photos snapped by Nicole Heiniger below. I want at least half of the pieces stylist Paulo Martinez outfitted Marlon with.

2015-billboard-music-awards-performances

Heading into the 2015 Billboard Music Awards telecast, Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea’s first performance of “Pretty Girls” was without a doubt the performance everyone was looking most forward to. About two hours in, the duo did themselves proud. It wasn’t at all a trainwreck, and in fact, both ladies looked sensational. Britney, IMHO, hasn’t looked this great and comfortable on stage in years. Well done.

Mariah Carey also made a notable appearance as well. She hit the Billboard stage for the first time in 17 years. Perhaps she’s still recuperating from bronchitis, but Mimi wasn’t at her vocal best. Every note felt so laborious as opposed to the ease she belted out those notes years ago.

Meanwhile, Kelly Clarkson absolutely slayed her vocals during her “Invincible” performance as did Tori Kelly and Nick Jonas on “Nobody Love” and “Jealous” respectively.

Speaking of Jonas, he was in fine form tonight. Dude looked beyond sexy. Charlie Puth and Empire‘s Jussie Smollett also smoldered on stage during their respective performances. Check out all the videos below.

michael-fassbender-steve-jobs-movie-trailer

While Ashton Kutcher might look like the former Apple CEO more, I’m pretty confident this latest film about the innovator’s life will be better received commercially and critically. The pedigree behind Steve Jobs is nothing short of stellar. Michael Fassbender plays the titular role while Kate Winslet (Joanna Hoffman), Seth Rogen (Steve Wozniak) and Jeff Daniels (John Sculley) appear in supporting roles.

Movie Synopsis

Set backstage at three iconic product launches and ending in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac, Steve Jobs takes us behind the scenes of the digital revolution to paint an intimate portrait of the brilliant man at its epicenter.

The first official teaser trailer doesn’t reveal much in terms of plot. Instead it shows Fassbender wearing Jobs’ signature black turtleneck while voiceovers play in the background. “You can’t write code, you are not an engineer,” a man says. Jobs replies, “The musicians play the instruments. I play the orchestra.” Oh snap!!!

Steve Jobs hits theaters on October 9. Check out the clip below.
