Were the sales for Emotion so awful that it’s come to Carly Rae Jepsen singing for loose change? Sure, her last LP didn’t exactly burn up the charts, but Jepsen’s stint as a street performer was for Funny or Die.

The 30-year-old singer headed to Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade to give shoppers an unexpected surprise. At first, no one recognized her but once she started belting out “Call Me Maybe” and other hits, pedestrians caught on. Watch below to find out how much the Canadian earned as a busker.

Remember that Diet Coke ad where women took a break from their office duties to watch a construction worker take off his shirt to enjoy a sip of his soda? That launched model Lucky Vanous into the stratosphere. Folks, meet Brock O’Hurn.

Icelandic Glacial Water taps the Instagram stud, famous for his man bun, for its new spot that pays an homage to the iconic ad. Watch below O’Hurn peel off his wetsuit and unleash his signature bun. Be forewarned, it might leave you a little thirsty 😉

Secret Love Song” is the third single off their third studio album, Get Weird. The emotional power ballad has already cracked the Top 5 in the UK but with a music video now released, it might even reach higher and perhaps do some damage in North America.

For the Fran Borin-directed clip, the fierce foursome walk the London streets along the Thames river while rocking out some serious winter fashion. Perrie Edwards’ coat is all kinds of fabulousness. If I was a girl, I’d want that in my closet.

Sadly though, Jason Derulo never shares a scene with the ladies. Instead, he’s relegated to dancing by himself in his apartment. Love Little Mix, but I was expecting more from the clip. They look great but it’s a bit lazy. Check out the video below and see if you agree with my assessment.

Who you gonna call? No disrespect to Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Melissa McCarthy, but I’d rather dial Chris Hemsworth. That deep voice of his is music to my ears. Can you imagine having phone sex with him? I’d die.

The all-female Ghostbusters reboot released stills featuring the four leading ladies and for the first time, a photo of Hemsworth. The 32-year-old plays the team’s secretary and office manager which was originally played by Annie Potts. I wonder how many words per minute he can type? Get your first peek below.

Despite not having dropped her sophomore album, Joyride, yet, Tinashe hits the road at the end of the month for her Joyride World Tour. Is she planning a surprise LP release before the tour start date of February 28? Fingers crossed. If for some reason it doesn’t drop, at least, the 22-year-old singer has been debuting new tracks.

“Ride of Your Life” is the latest offering off her forthcoming album. Unlike what the title suggests, this ride isn’t a crazy thrill ride. Rather, it’s a slinky sublime trip. Her signature breathy vocals are butter over the seductive urban beat. Give the Metro Boomin-produced track a listen below.

Sex sells and that’s exactly what Braves was banking on when they released their “Dust” music video. Sadly though, I’m pretty sure no one remembers the track but instead the surprise ending at the end.

Model Shaun Ross emerges from the ocean and reveals he’s packing major heat. For those hoping that was the real thing, you’re sh*t out of luck. The director reveals that Ross was actually wearing a prosthetic all for the sake of art and shock value.

If you thought Mark Wahlberg’s fake member in Boogie Nights was impressive, you haven’t seen nothing yet. Watching the Shaun’s faux dong sway back and forth in slo-mo is oddly hypnotic 😉 Watch the NSFW video below to get an eyeful.

During the New Now Next Honors earlier this week, LOGO took the opportunity to reveal the cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 8. It’s about friggin’ time 😉

The premiere will be a supersized 90-minute extravaganza on Monday, March 7. As it turns out, the premiere also marks a drag milestone as it features the 100th episode and 100th drag queen to sashay into the work room. Expect an unpredictable season full of head-turning twists.

“This is an amazing time to be producing television,” said executive producer RuPaul Charles. “The fact that ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ is celebrating its 100th episode is undeniable proof that there is an insatiable hunger for authentic, unfiltered and ribald voices that not only challenge the norm, but help redefine mainstream media.”

The drag queens will be competing for a $100,000 cash prize and more importantly, the coveted title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar.”

The ones that made a solid first impression for me right away include Kim Chi, Naomi Smalls, Acid Betty and Derrick Barry. If you’ve been to Las Vegas, you’ll recognize Barry. Girlfriend does a sensational Britney Spears impersonation. If she makes it to the Snatch Game, you just know Barry will bring out his best Brit. Meet all the 12 fierce queens vying for your hearts this season.

February is going to be a busy month for Lady Gaga. In addition to her David Bowie tribute at the Grammys and performing at the 88th Academy Awards, the 29-year-old singer will also perform at Super Bowl 50. She’s been tapped to perform the National Anthem.

Mother Monster follows in the footsteps of Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson and Jordin Sparks to name a few. Idina Menzel sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” at last year’s game.

Gaga is the latest big name scheduled to perform this Sunday. Beyonce and Bruno Mars will join Coldplay during the Half-Time Show. Sunday night is going to be epic.

Do you think Gaga is a good choice to sing the National Anthem? I think so. Given that she slayed her Sound of Music tribute at the Oscars last year, she should have no problem this Sunday. Weigh in below.
