TD is proud to be part of so many people’s journey to homeownership. With that, they have just announced a new campaign that encourages you to celebrate the milestone of owning a home as well as the importance of home in all of our lives.
The campaign involves filming a 360 degree video selfie of yourself and posting it on social media with #housie. I’ve already taken part and uploaded a 15-second video which I have included below. I’ve also included a video with tips on making your own #housie video, showcasing your favorite room or part of your home.
From Rebel Heart tracks leaking months in advance of the album’s official release date to Madge using Instagram, Snapchat and Grindr to premiere new content, social media has definitely defined Madonna’s latest era. This time around, the innovator that she is, the 56-year-old icon picked video broadcast app Meerkat to debut her latest music video.
A post apocalyptic world is the backstage for “Ghosttown.” While exploring the devastated city, Madonna bumps into Empire’s Terrence Howard who’s been hunting her down. It appears they’re about to battle but instead they dance seductively with each other. The clip ends with them walking hand in hand with a boy in between them.
It’s a bit random but the video is beautifully shot. Madonna looks pretty fantastic in it. Check out the clip below and weigh in afterward.
Though most of you probably don’t have a need for high heels, I’m sure this ad campaign will catch your eye. Brian Atwood’s latest footwear collection is stunning but it’s male model Aurélien Muller who steals the show.
The French-born stunner bares it all with only a few strategically placed heels blocking his naughty bits. Check out the sexy visuals below. And on a side note, I’m loving the floral pumps in the last pic the most.
Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle is quickly becoming must-see television. Every celebrity participating on the show so far hasn’t held anything back in hopes of securing a victory.
The latest promo features Justin Bieber channeling the ‘Godfather of Heavy Metal.’ The 21-year-old looks practically unrecognizable wearing a long black wig, lip syncing to Ozzy Osbourne’s 1980 hit, “Crazy Train.”
The Biebs choosing this track may seem out of left field, but the two previously worked together. Back in 2011, they teamed up for a Super Bowl commercial where Ozzy asked, “What’s the f–k a Bieber?” Check out the promo below. Lip Sync Battle airs on Thursdays on Spike.
During the teen flick boom in the late 90s, She’s All That was one of the standouts. The comedy based on My Fair Lady and Pygmalion grossed more than $100 million worldwide and propelled its leading lady, Rachael Leigh Cooke, to stardom. The film also starred the likes of Freddie Prinze Jr., Usher, Gabrielle Union, Clea Duvall, Anna Paquin, Jodi Lyn O’Keefe and the late Paul Walker.
According to The Wrap, Miramax is developing a remake but with a twist. It’ll follow the main premise of the film but with diverse leads in mind.
When it comes to crafting R&B hit tracks, Jeremih has the Midas Touch. “Birthday Sex” and “Don’t Tell ‘Em” are just a couple of his urban smashes. The 27-year-old singer switches things up for his latest track off his forthcoming album, Late Nights: The Album.
Jeremih goes the EDM route with “Tonight Belongs To U!” and it’s surprisingly good. The singer’s smooth vocals fit quite well with the EDM synths. Flo Rida joins in on the action, providing a couple of lyrical verses. With the rapper on board, this should have no problem becoming a hit dance record. Give it a spin below.
Grace of Monaco had everything going for it. The Weinstein Co. acquired the film in 2013 and it opened the 2014 Cannes Film Festival. Nicole Kidman playing Hollywood darling turned royal icon Princess Grace is pure Oscar bait.
It was supposed to hit theaters in 2014 but the Weinsteins pulled it from their schedule. Reportedly it was because of the behind-the-scenes drama, specifically script changes and clashes with the film’s director Olivier Dahan.
The good news is the biopic will finally see the light of day. The bad news is it’s debuting on the Lifetime Network. A + E Networks made the announcement this week. How awful is the movie that execs felt compelled to play it on their channel known for cheesy biopics. Remember the trainwrecks that were the Aaliyah and Whitney Houston films?
I’m definitely going to watch Grace of Monaco when it airs on Lifetime on May 25. If I could sit through the Aaliyah one, I can certainly stomach two hours of Kidman navigating through this. Check out the theatrical trailer below if you haven’t already seen it yet.
Based on this blistering new taste of their upcoming album, it would appear MS MR might avoid the dreaded sophomore slump. Expectations are high after their well-received debut effort, Secondhand Rapture, released in 2013. Once again they’ve teamed up with Max Hershenow who produced their last album.
“Painted” is off their yet-untitled second LP. The electro-pop masterpiece features brassy synths and piano keys played frenetically between tempos. It’s fantastic. Lizzy Plapinger’s wailing voice is mesmerizing. Give it a listen below.
