Toni will always and forever rank as my favorite Braxton sister, but lil sis Tamar is quickly gaining ground. The Real co-host’s facial expressions during her live performances and music videos are everything. It’s like watching a sassy drag queen trapped in a woman’s body. God bless ;)

The 38-year-old R&B singer drops her new album, Calling All Lovers, on October 2. Technically, “Angels & Demons” is just a buzz single, but that hasn’t stopped Tamar from dropping a music clip for the dancehall-tinged track.

Braxton definitely took in the sights while filming in the Dominican Republic. She surrounds herself with local fruits and vegetables, little children and shirtless buff men. Dibs on the latter. Check out the fabulously random visual below.

In other Tamar-related news, another track from her forthcoming LP has leaked. “Circles” is a beautiful mid-tempo ballad about a dead-end relationship. We’ve all been there, right? Give it a sample below.

Nick Carter Debuts Sweet New Track ‘I Will Wait’

In: Donovan, Music

Well, this is an unexpected surprise. “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” this is not.

Just because Nick Carter is currently competing on Dancing With The Stars, it doesn’t mean he’s neglecting his recording career. Given the visible platform, wisely, he’s dropped a brand new single and it’s surprisingly tenderly romantic.

I Will Wait” is an acoustic piece that shows off Carter’s mature side. It’s off his upcoming third solo album titled, All American. The Kevin Estrada-directed clip shows an elderly couple in love. In between those scenes, the 35-year-old is shown strumming a guitar on a stark set. Check it out below.

Hercules Gets A Man Bun Makeover

In: Donovan, Random Reads, Totally GAY!

Even the son of Zeus is jumping on the man bun bandwagon. I will say, he’s one who can pull off the hair trend.

Marvel recently tweeted a new Hercules variant cover drawn by Matt Wilson and Russell Dauterman. The illustration is a gay nerd’s fantasy come true. Hercules is one big beefy scruffy harness-wearing daddy. Check him out in all his glory below. Drooooooool!!!

Following Adele’s footsteps is a monumental task for anyone, even if you’re as talented as Sam Smith. “Skyfall” was beyond epic and ranks up there among one of the greatest 007 theme songs ever.

“This is one of the highlights of my career. I am honoured to finally announce that I will be singing the next Bond theme song. I am so excited to be a part of this iconic British legacy and join an incredible line up of some of my biggest musical inspirations. I hope you all enjoy the song as much as I enjoyed making it” – Sam Smith

Smith is the first British male solo artist to sing the theme song since 1965. “Writing’s On The Wall” finds the 23-year-old Brit teaming up with co-writer Jimmy Napes once again. Disclosure, who Smith’s collaborated with many times, also played a part on the production.

As expected, the track features a lush orchestral arrangement and Smith’s signature falsetto is on full display. While, I enjoy the track (not as much as “Skyfall), early reviews have not been so kind. Wimpy, boring and a drag are some of the words being used to describe the track. I will agree with most assessments that the chorus isn’t really memorable. No catchy hook here. Give it a listen below and weigh in for yourselves.

It’s official. Here’s introducing Caitlyn Marie Jenner. The 65-year-old former Olympian has not only legally changed her name but also gender as well.

According to E! News, a judge approved her request just a week after Caitlyn submitted the legal documents which cited “to better match my identity” as the reason for the name change. Interestingly, Caitlyn was required to sign documents with her former name, Bruce.

If you haven’t checked out Troye Sivan yet, you should. I’m obsessed with this kid. The 20-year-old Australian entertainer has oodles of talent and then some.

Sivan just debuted the second installment of his Blue Neighbourhood music video trilogy. The first chapter, featuring the title track off his new album Wild, told the story of Troye and his childhood boyfriend.

Their budding romance hits a major bump in the new video including the track “Fools.” The father of his lover walks in as the two are hot and heavy. Troye is immediately kicked out of the house and latter shunned by his former boyfriend whose father has forbidden his son to see him. Making matters even worse, his former lover has now found a new girlfriend.

Don’t look forward to a happy ending to this coming-of-age tale. A preview for the final installment shows a scene taking place at a cemetery. Check out the “Fools” video below.

Who you gonna call? In Paul Feig’s case, that would be Sigourney Weaver. The 53-year-old director revealed the OG cast member is returning to the Ghostbusters franchise.

“Gang, trying to keep surprises but this is about to leak, so I’ll tell you myself: the awesome Sigourney Weaver is going to be in our movie!” – Paul Feig via Twitter

The 65-year-old actress is the latest original cast member to return to the all-female reboot. She reunites with Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts and Dan Aykroyd who are all also making cameos.

For the original film and its sequel, Weaver played Dana Barrett aka the Gatekeeper. Let’s hope she shows off her levitation skills once again.

Excited that Weaver is participating? Weigh in below. Ghostbusters invades theaters in 2016.
