It was bound to happen and it finally did in Miami. TMZ reports that Justin Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, drag racing in a yellow Lamborghini and resisting arrest. To boot, the 19-year-old was driving with an expired license. Bieber was hauled off to jail and booked.

Earlier this morning, Justin appeared in a Miami courtroom wearing an orange jumpsuit. The judge set bail at $2,500. It breaks down to $1,000 for resisting arrest without violence; $1,000 for driving under the influence; and $500 for driving with an expired license.

Reportedly, he blew a 0.04 on the blood-alcohol Breathalyzer test, under the drunk-driving threshold for 21-and-over drivers. However, Justin is still in hot water because he is not of age yet and legally an underage drinker. Check out his mugshots below where he’s showing off a massive grin. I suppose if you’re going to take a mugshot, you might as well smile and own it ;)

The View co-host is the most recent celebrity to issue a mea culpa for word-in-mouth disease. Sherri Shepherd addressed homophobic comments she made during a recent interview on the Tuesday episode of the ABC daytime talk show.

Last week, Shepherd sat down with Fusion host Alicia Menendez. When asked about what the biggest misconception The View viewers have had of her, Sherri replied, “I think people don’t know my heart. I think people feel I’m very judgmental. I think people feel I’m very homophobic.” She continued with, “If they knew me, and knew my heart. … You grow up being a Christian and you grow up believing homosexuality is a sin; you’re going to hell if you’re a homosexual. This is something that they teach in churches. So it’s something that I grew up believing.”

Like her initial interview, the 46-year-old television personality attempted to deny being anti-gay during today’s View episode, but still didn’t fully outright say she didn’t believe homosexuality is a sin. Check out her apology and Fusion interview below.

Mission accomplished. Who says the power of prayer doesn’t work? Clearly, God listened to a young Katy Perry and bestowed a healthy pair on the singer. They, along with a gorgeous Perry, are on display on the February 2014 issue of GQ magazine.

In addition to talking about her breasts, the 29-year-old singer dispels any rumors that she’s had plastic surgery. She also chats about losing her virginity at the age of 16 in a Volvo sedan (cue Volvo endorsement), extraterrestrials, and her recently announced Prismatic Concert Tour. Check out more pics snapped by Peggy Sirota below along with more quotes.

“I laid on my back one night and looked down at my feet, and I prayed to God. I said, God, will you please let me have boobs so big that I can’t see my feet when I’m lying down? God answered my prayers. I had no clue they would fall into my armpits eventually.”

I just knew Juan Pablo Galavis was going to do something during his stint as The Bachelor to turn me off. I might have to amend my 10 Hottest Bachelors List because of this. Who would’ve guessed that it wouldn’t be his antics on the actual show, but rather comments in the press that would uncover his douchey side.

Just like Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robertson, Galavis made less-than-flattering comments about homosexuals in a recent interview. It’ll be interesting to see if his homophobic comments will affect the show’s ratings like it did to Duck Dynasty. The A&E reality show recently returned with millions less viewers for its Season 5 season premiere- 8.5 million versus 12 million for Season 4..

While speaking to a The TV Page reporter at an event Friday, Juan Pablo was questioned whether having a gay or bisexual lead would be a good idea for an upcoming season of The Bachelor. The former professional soccer player quickly said ‘no.’ He continued with the following:

“I respect them… but, honestly, I don’t think it’s a good example for kids to watch that on TV,” explained Galavis, who then reiterated he didn’t have issues with gay relationships. However, he continued with, “But obviously, people have their husband and wife and kids and that is how we are brought up. Now there [are] fathers having kids and all that, and it is hard for me to understand that too in the sense of a household having… two parents sleeping in the same bed and the kid going into bed… It is confusing in a sense.”

“It would be too hard for TV,” he explained. “Too much, too much.” He continued to dig He then continued to dig himself deeper, adding “There’s this thing about gay people… it seems to me, and I don’t know if I’m mistaken or not… they’re more pervert in a sense… and to me the show will be too strong, too hard to watch on TV.”

For those who don’t know about the car service, it’s the best thing ever. If I wasn’t already in love with it before, now there’s more of a reason to use UBER the next time you need a ride. You never know who’s going to be your driver, especially in the Los Angeles area. It could be a celebrity. In this case a Jonas brother.

The Jonas Brothers were supposed to embark on a reunion tour and release a new album last year. That all fell apart when ‘creative differences‘ erupted among the siblings. With extra time to kill, one of the Jonas brothers has become a certified UBER driver. Some lucky passengers were shocked to discover the star was their driver. They took a selfie with him holding Pinkberry as evidence. Find out who below.

Someone needs to stage an intervention with Shia Labeouf stat. The 27-year-old actor is definitely on a downward spiral. In the past year, he’s dropped out of projects due to conflict with his co-stars and then tweeting about it. He’s also called out fellow celebs (Jim Carrey) for their parenting skills, plagiarized the work of a graphic novel writer for his short film HowardCantour.com and recently announced his retirement.

If that wasn’t enough, Labeouf found himself losing his cool during a night out. Scary thing is, this isn’t the first time he’s been involved in a bar incident at the same South London pub. Another altercation occurred back in 2012. TMZ has video of Shia head-butting a man during a bar fight in London on Thursday. It’s not clear what started the physical altercation, but the Transformers star is heard repeatedly shouting, “What did you just say? What did you just say?” Reign it Shia. Serenity now ;)

Can we expect another skywriting apology from Shia in the near future like he did for his mea culpa for plagiarizing? Check out the clip below.

UPDATE: A video of Labeouf drunkenly apologizing after the incident has surfaced. Check that out below as well.

Gilligan’s Island is one of the most beloved comedies of all-time. The classic series lost one of its original cast members earlier today. Russell Johnson who played Roy Hinkley, better known as the Professor, died at the age of 89 from kidney failure at his home in Bainbridge Island, Washington. With his death, only Tina Louise (Ginger) and Dawn Wells (Mary Ann) are the only surviving members of the original seven castaways. Wells wrote her Facebook following confirmation.

“My 2 favorite people are now gone. The Professor past away this morning. My heart is broken,” Wells wrote on Facebook. She’s referring to Johnson and star Bob Denver, who died in 2005. “Russell was a true gentleman, a good father, a great friend, and ‘the rest.’ I love him and shall miss him. My heart goes out to [his wife] Connie and his daughter Kim. I love you,” she added.

After Gilligan’s Island, Russell continued acting, appearing in Lassie, Ironside, The Invaders and NBC soap opera Santa Barbara. Johnson was also a full-time volunteer for AIDS research fundraising. His son David ran the AIDS program for Los Angeles, California, until David’s own death from complications of AIDS in 1994. Russell is survived by his wife and daughter Kim.

The classic CBS theme song is arguably one of the most memorable in television history. It’s a shame the majority of shows these days don’t come up with memorable intros. Check out the iconic opening below.
