Jennifer Love Hewitt lives a pretty charmed life. The 34-year-old actress massages hot men on The Client List and gets paid for it. What did she do in a previous life to score a gig like that. Hell, I’d do it for free. She even met her current boyfriend, Brian Hallisay, on set. If that wasn’t enough to be envious, her newly-acquired ultra modern home in the Pacific Palisades will put you over the edge.

According to property records, the I Know What You Did Last Summer actress paid $3.25 million for her new abode. Her new property was previously owned by 7 for All Mankind jeans co-founder Peter Koral. The kitchen includes top-of-the-line, energy-efficient appliances and, like many modern homes, the floor plan is open, leading to a sleek outdoor living space. The home boasts both a rooftop deck and a private patio, which has a pool and lounging area complete with a fire pit and flat-screen TV. Check out the gorgeous home below.

How much would you pay for a nude painting of your favorite celebrity? Depending on whom, I’d consider maybe shelling out $100? Clearly, I’m much of an art aficionado. I definitely would’ve been out of my league at a recent Christie’s auction.

A 1991 painting of Bea Arthur topless that was expected to sell between $1.8-2.5 million sold for a whopping $1.9 million. No joke. Here’s the funny thing, the Golden Girls actress never posed for it. Artist John Currin relied on a photo of a clothed Arthur during her Maude days for the piece. A spokesman for Christie’s called the painting “historically significant,” though noting that “it’s radical to sexualize someone people think of as asexual.” Check out the uncensored photo below.

British actor Nicholas Hoult appears in the latest issue of Flaunt Magazine. After checking out his editorial in the publication’s Fabrication Issue, it’s easy to see how Jennifer Lawrence fell for him. His blue eyes are intoxicating. She’ll definitely have to restrain herself as the two reunite to film X-Men: Days of Future Past in Montreal.

Photographer Thomas Giddings snapped the 23-year-old for a beautiful fashion spread. In the accompanying interview, Hoult discusses his work in Warm Bodies and Jack and the Giant Slayer, and his role in the upcoming X-Men sequel. To some, this property wouldn’t be considered a fixer-upper, but for me I would. The color scheme just isn’t my thing, but the view is beautiful. I also can’t see Chris Evans living here. I would expect a more lavish abode for Captain America. The 31-year-old actor must have big plans for the 1940-built home. According to property records, he was engaged in a heated bidding war to purchase it. Reportedly, he shelled out $3.52 million for his new Hollywood Hills home.

Sitting above Laurel Canyon, the home is completely walled and gated, marketed as a ”great celebrity or executive enclave experience.” The 4,599 square foot property has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool and spa.

Currently, Evans still has an existing residence in the Hills which he purchased back in 2007. Perhaps this is just an investment property. The previous owner purchased it for just $1.9 million in 2012 and flipped it in less than a year. Maybe he’s looking to do the same. After spilling the beans ahead of schedule, turns out Miley Cyrus was telling the truth. She is Maxim’s Hottest Woman of 2013. The men’s magazine gave their annual top honors to the 20-year-old actress. I wonder what happened in their eyes to propel Cyrus all the way from No. 68- where she placed on last year’s Maxim Hot 100- to the top spot. Was it her more punk rock look? Perhaps her guest appearances on CBS’ Two and a Half Men? Whatever it is, we’ll never know. Maxim didn’t disclose their reasoning nor scientific algorithm for their calculations ;)

Coming in the runner-up slot is another product of the Disney machine. Selena Gomez jumps from No. 24 from last year. Rounding out the top three is Rihanna. The “Diamonds” singer landed at No. 32 in 2012. Funny how both women seesaw back and forth with their highly-publicized romances with Justin Bieber and Chris Brown respectively. Apparently, indecision is hot to Maxim. Check out the other ladies who made the cut. They include more Disney stars, an Oscar Winner, a witch and of course a couple of ladies with really big knockers.

After spending several months sitting side by side with Randy Jackson on the American Idol judging panel, it appears Mariah Carey is tired of him. The 43-year-old singer is dumping the Dawg as her manager. Carey now jumps into bed with Red Light Management, joining other artists such as Alicia Keys, Faith Hill, Miley Cyrus and the Dave Matthews Band to name a few.

According to Showbiz 411, Carey officially parted ways due to their schedules being “too hectic.” I smell BS. Jackson was reportedly instrumental in brokering her record-setting $18 million deal to join him on the FOX show this season. I wonder how much Randy scored in commission from that deal.
