I’m not sure exactly how substantial his role in Magic Mike XXL is, but Michael Strahan definitely has the goods to headline his own male revue. The 42-year-old talk show host shared a pic hanging out with Channing Tatum on set. Even Tatum is impressed with Strahan’s chiseled abs.

On a recent episode of Live with Kelly & Michael, Strahan talked about his experience filming the highly-anticipated sequel. More importantly, feeling like a piece of meat while standing around practically naked.

“You know what, it’s topless. There are some very little thongs…I was hugged and snugged more than I’ve ever been in that area!,” he says. Listen to the cute story below and check out his amazing washboard abs as well.

2014-most-fascinating-people-list

You can’t keep a good bitch down ;) Although she proclaimed last year’s Most Fascinating People special was the last, Barbara Walters returns to ABC this Winter with a 2014 edition.

While I enjoy the special, I thought last year’s supposed final list was fitting. Walters began the annual telecast years ago with Hillary Rodham Clinton as her ‘Most Fascinating Person.’ Fittingly, Barbara chose the former First Lady as her last. I’m sensing that the legendary 85-year-old journalist’s retirement will echo Cher’s numerous farewell tours ;)

ABC has already released some names who’ve made the 2014 list. Find out who made the cut below.

In a new promo, sponsored by Doritos, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) discovers Peeta Mallark (Josh Hutcherson) is still alive after The Quarter Quell. However, he’s not the same. He’s shown on television spewing Capitol propaganda. Gale (Liam Hemsworth) is quick to point out to Katniss that regardless of any situation, it’s Peeta’s choice to say those words. Someone’s a little jelly ;)

Check out the promo titled ‘Choice‘ below which features some new footage.

Whenever Gwen Stefani enlists Pharrell Williams to produce a track, magic occurs. “Hollaback Girl” and “Wind It Up” are just two great examples. While the No Doubt frontwoman’s comeback single “Baby Don’t Lie” has divided music enthusiasts, “Spark The Fire,” produced by Pharrell, will please many of her longtime fans.

The hip hop-influenced song is very reminiscent of her earlier solo work. “It literally is the song that explains everything that’s going on in my life right now in this surreal way,” Gwen explains about the track. She shared a minute-long snippet on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS FM show.

In addition to teasing her new track, the 45-year-old singer premiered the music video for “Baby Don’t Lie.” It features Stefani walking through a neon graphic jungle filled with abstract and geometric shapes. Check out the Sophie Muller-directed graphic clip below, along with the preview of “Spark The Fire.”

The fashion industry lost one of its greats on Tuesday. Famed fashion designer Oscar de la Renta passed away at his home in Kent, Connecticut at the age of 82. Numerous celebrities immediately took to social media to express their sadness for losing such a creative genius.

The Dominican-born fashion designer first became famous in the 1960s for dressing Jackie Kennedy. Since then he’s dressed several First Ladies including Hillary Rodham Clinton’s coral swearing-in ensemble in 1997 and first lady Laura Bush’s twinkling beaded inaugural gown in 2005. Hollywood celebrities, Manhattan doyennes and fashionistas also sought out his impeccable designs. Recently, he designed Amal Clooney‘s stunning ivory tulle wedding gown.

Sister Christina became an Internet sensation with her rendition of Cyndi Lauper’s “Girls Want To Have Fun” during the blind auditions on The Voice Italy. Week after week the singing nun wowed judges and viewers alike. It’s no wonder she ended up winning the second season of the singing competition. In a rather surprising move, Sister Cristina chose Madonna’s then controversial hit, “Like A Virgin” as her first single.

“I chose ‘Like a Virgin’ because I wanted it to bear witness to God’s power to move all things!” explained Cristina in a statement. “I see it as GOD’S TOUCH, when he called me to a new life, giving me back the purity and dignity of being his Daughter and being Loved by Him. And that’s the way it will be till the end of time!”

Sister Cristina’s debut album will feature two original compositions and ten cover tracks. In addition to Madonna’s classic track, she’ll take on “Fix You” by Coldplay and the Cyndi Lauper tune “True Colors” to name a couple.

Like Madonna, Sister Cristina headed to Venice to film the video. Unlike Madge though, she keeps her habit on and doesn’t writhe sexually on a gondola. Check it out below. I have to say, I like her rendition quite a lot. Be sure to sound off afterward.

The second song off The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 soundtrack just dropped and once again it features Lorde, albeit in a minor capacity. Still, someone’s using their position as soundtrack curator to their benefit ;)

The “Royals” singer previously stated she’d be rounding up artists who we haven’t heard from in a while. That certainly doesn’t apply to R&B sensation Miguel but does with The Chemical Brothers. The British duo haven’t released any material since 2010. Welcome back!!!

Like “Yellow Flicker Beat,” “This Is Not A Game” is another gloomy dark track perfectly suited for the popular film franchise. As expected, Miguel’s vocals are absolutely sublime and fantastic. Lorde sprinkles a few “there it is…” throughout the song. Give it a listen below.

After a five year break from the competitive world of daytime, Tyra Banks is throwing her hat back in the proverbial ring. ABC announced it’s picking up the 40-year-old’s new show titled The F.A.B. For all those who watch ANTM, you know how much Tyra loves her acronyms. This one stands for The Fun and the Beautiful (insert eye roll).

“At 40, Tyra has never been more relevant than she is today,” said Lisa Hackner, executive vp, daytime & syndicated programming, ABC Entertainment Group in a statement, “and her massive and growing digital footprint exemplifies her connection with women of all ages.”

The F.A.B. will premiere in September 2015 anchored on ABC stations in major cities reaching about 23 percent of U.S. television homes. Unlike The Tyra Banks Show for which she won an Emmy, this time around she won’t be going solo. The chatfest involves a group of panelists.

As if the space wasn’t already crowded with The View, The Talk, The Real and Canada’s The Social. Find out below who’ll be sitting alongside the former Victoria’s Secret model.
