tom-hardy-details

As if Tom Hardy alone wasn’t enough to give you tingly sensations down there, but paired up with an adorable dog. Mind, ovaries, etc… all blown.

The 37-year-old actor is the epitome of ruggedly handsome in his spread for Details magazine. Hardy shows off major scruff while posing shirtless, putting his tattoos and abs on display. It’s not your typical editorial spread, but I like it.

Check out some pics snapped by Greg Williams below along with quotes from the accompanying interview.

On Being A Celebrity

“Yeah, if I’m a douchebag, I’d rather be a douchebag despite the fact that I’m a celebrity. I don’t want to be seen, you know? I like the shadows. I like to go and do my thing and disappear. But when it’s like, ‘You are responsible for doing this,’ I’m like, ‘I think you might have the wrong person.’ I just happen to be part of the team. I may be fronting this particular endeavor, but I’m not worth looking at, for crying out loud. What the fuck does that have to do with the price of cabbages?! I’m not an ambassador, I don’t want to be on the front cover of the magazine. Not because I’m not grateful. I just don’t feel I belong there.”

Who doesn’t love Ace of Base? The Abba-like Swedish quartet released several hits during the 90s. They briefly resurrected a few years ago but with two younger girls replacing Linn and Jenny Berggren. Not surprisingly, it wasn’t a winning formula. This, however, might work out quite well.

A*Base is an Ace of Base tribute band, composed of four teens from Stockholm, formed by Ari Letennen & Martin Orrenbrink. Their first single featured the quartet taking on “Never Gonna Say I’m Sorry” which was a hit in Sweden for Ace of Base but not internationally. A*Base is upping their cover game by taking on the mammoth hit, “All That She Wants.” Already, this sounds better than anything the revised Ace of Base ever churned out.

Hopefully, the tribute band experiments with new material as well. I can see this quartet doing some damage globally. They’re very photogenic. ABBA ruled the 70s and Ace of Base dominated the 90s. We’re due for another Swedish quartet powerhouse to conquer the world. Give their covers a sample below.

jeremy-renner-chris-evans-apology

While promoting The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Jeremy Renner and Chris Evans unleashed their inner frat bro-ness. And not in the fun homo-erotic ways you see in gay porn either ;) Rather, the two actors used derogatory words when referring to their female co-star during an interview with Digital Spy.

When asked about fans’ hope that Scarlett Johansson’s character Black Widow might one day be romantically involved with either Renner’s Hawkeye or Evans’ Captain America, the former chimed in with “She’s a slut.” Evans giggled before adding, “a complete whore.”

Naturally, the slut-shaming didn’t go over well with fans. Both actors issued statements apologizing for their tasteless and juvenile comments. Read them below and watch the offending interview afterwards.

The fact “I Really Like You” isn’t a Top 10 hit yet is very surprising. The infectious pop track has an insanely catchy hook and feel-good vibe much like Carly Rae Jepsen’s breakout hit “Call Me Maybe.” To boot, it’s been very well received critically. Not afraid to admit that it’s my guilty pop pleasure currently.

Thanks to a viral lip dub featuring Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Lance Bass and a slew of other celebrities, the track cracked the Billboard Hot 100 Top 40 this week. With a brand new remix bundle available on May 5, it’s bound to make some damage at the clubs and on Billboard’s dance chart as well. Check out this wicked poppy dance remix below crafted by Liam Keegan.

The Devil Wears Prada actor is the latest to join the star-studded live action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. Unlike Emma Watson, Ian McKellen, Ewan McGregor, Emma Thompson and company, Stanley Tucci won’t be playing a beloved character from the 1991 animated classic. Instead, a brand new character has been created for the 54-year-old thespian to play. Find out below.

Color me shocked! A Sia music video without Maddie Ziegler. I never thought this day would come. The Aussie singer swaps out the dance phenom for the stunning Heidi Klum to star in her latest clip. The 41-year-old stunner, like her predecessor, also dons a platinum blonde wig.

“Sia is one of those incredible artists who puts so much passion into her work, and I am thrilled to be part of a music video. I remember being blown away the first time I heard her voice on ‘Breathe Me.’ And I love many songs she has written for other artists.” – Heidi Klum

The German supermodel heats things up with Game of ThronesPedro Pascal in the Francesco Carrozzini-directed clip. Literally and figuratively. She douses a house with gasoline while getting hot and steamy with Pascal in the bedroom.

Check out Sia’s “Fire Meet Gasoline” music video below. Fun fact. Klum only met Sia after filming the clip weeks later.

lgbt-moments-in-pop-culture

On April 28, the US Supreme Court will definitively answer whether the Constitution allows states to ban same-sex marriage and whether they can refuse to recognize same-sex marriages legally performed elsewhere. In preparation for this historic day, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has crafted a touching supercut featuring memorable LGBT moments from television and movies.

Clips from Thirtysomething, Longtime Companion, The Kids Are All Right, Roseanne, Glee, ER, Orange is the New Black, Will and Grace, In & Out, Transparent, The Wire, The Golden Girls, The Real World, Northern Exposure, Friends, The Simpsons, Parks and Recreation, Grey’s Anatomy, Modern Family, and The Birdcage are presented while Tegan & Sara’s “Closer” plays in the background. Check it out below.

Video Description

In 1970, the ACLU filed the first freedom-to-marry lawsuit in the United States. We are now at the Supreme Court to fight to win the freedom to marry for couples in all 50 states. As we get closer than ever before to the freedom to marry for all, let’s take a walk down memory.

britney-spears-iggy-azalea-pretty-girls

It was one of the worst kept secrets regarding the 2015 Billboard Music Awards. Practically everyone and their dog knew Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea were going to perform their new track “Pretty Girls” in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 17.

The “Toxic” singer officially confirmed the performance earlier today by appearing in a promo for the annual event. Spears and Azalea are among a star-studded lineup which includes Kelly Clarkson, Meghan Trainor, Nick Jonas, Ed Sheeran and more performing on stage. Check out the video below.

PS. How hilarious would it be if this highly-hyped Britney-Iggy collaboration turns out to be one massive flop? Personally, I don’t think it will, but I also don’t think it’ll reach the heights of “Fancy” or anything during Spears’ glory days. Do you? Weigh in below.
