Zendaya Snags Mystery Role For Spider-Man Reboot

Spider-Man is receiving yet another reboot whether we like it or not. Personally, I could do without but that’s my two cents.

Tom Holland steps in to play the web-slinger previously played by Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maquire before that. “Something New” singer Zendaya joins the project in a mysterious lead role.

Deadline reports the 19-year-old entertainer will play a character named Michelle. It’s believed it won’t be a romantic interest for Peter Parker but it will be a major part in the superhero film which also features Marisa Tomei as Aunt May.

Sony and Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man reboot won’t swing into theaters until July 7, 2017 but moviegoers will get their first look at Holland as Spidey in this summer’s Captain America: Civil War.

I watched the Hunger Games first movie and I watched this one too. Seriously, The Hunger Games first movie was really overrated(Not bad but not that great either). That movie was too choppy and it was really predictable. The maze runner was in fast pace and entertaining. James Dashner wrote The maze runner first before The Hunger Game first book even released. I think that the lack of lovey dovey and not releasing this as movie way before The Hunger Games hurts this movie’s box office performance.
