The second I heard Years & Years’s new single, it hit me, to quote the band, like a “Meteorite.” The unashamedly disco-tinged track is fantastic and infectious. The British electronica trio have brilliantly released an equally upbeat and whimsical visual.
Director Ollie Wolf goes for plenty of razzle-dazzle in the clip. Frontman Olly Alexander rocks a knee-length backless jumpsuit fashioned with countless of Swarovski crystals. He serves up some unique choreography before being joined with an army of dancers.
“Meteorite” is the second taste off the official soundtrack for Bridget Jones’s Baby, following Ellie Goulding’s “Still Falling For You.” Check the fab video below.
