Wyatt Pertuset Becomes First Openly-Gay College Football Player To Score Touchdown

The NFL still doesn’t have any active openly-gay players, but apparently there are seven openly-gay or bi athletes at collegiate level. One of them recently made history.

Wyatt Pertuset plays at the Division III school Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. During the season opener against Mount St. Joseph, the 20-year-old wide receiver found himself open in the end zone. He became the first openly-gay college athlete to score a touchdown. He discussed his history-making catch with OutSports. His achievement even caught the attention of ESPN.

Congrats to Pertuset. On a side note… how fine is he? A sexy redheaded wide receiver!!! Sign me up 😉 Check out more pics of him below.
