For those living under a rock or stuck in a Big Brother-esque house somewhere the past few months, here’s a quick catch-up. Two months after Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally teamed up for a pro-Hillary Clinton video, the peacock network officially announced it was bringing back the beloved sitcom for the 2017-18 television season. Initially, it ordered 10 episodes, but upped it to 12. James Burrows, who directed every episode of the initial run, is also returning to direct and executive produce.
