In this week’s fitness tip, Mike talks to you about working out your lower body…differently. If you workout your legs at all (there are a lot of chicken legs out there that only work out their upper bodies), chances are you do a lot of knee dominate exercises. Exercises like squats and lunges really focus a lot of the movement on the knees.

In the following video, you’ll learn a few other exercises that will put the focus on your hips – hip dominate exercises. Things like “straight legged deadlifts” would fall into this category.
