People nowadays getting too caught up in lifting as heavy as they can, with absolute shit form, that they forget about the benefits of actual muscular contractions and that’s why you see a bunch of unconditioned physiques. Well, that and their diet is garbage. – You want one tip to build lean, conditioned muscle faster? Drop the weight and slow your damn reps down. Focus on shortening the targeted muscle all the way to the peak contraction and then lengthening the muscle all the way until you feel a stretch. Then make sure you’re not creating momentum or losing tension at any point in between and I guarantee you get a better pump during that workout and more sore the following two days. Got my asshole bleached today… – Haha jk.. finally said fuck it and got some physical therapy done with @raykelly.co – For too long, I've been self diagnosing and self treating myself. Every once in awhile it's good to just step back and let someone else come and do their thing. – Found out today that the right side of my ribcage is significantly more compressed than my left and it has been causing an imbalance of stimulation and relaxation of my entire right side of my body's skeletal and nervous system. – We did some fascial release, did some exercises and made some significant progress.. Happy to say I am on my way to officially fixing this horrible lower back pain I've always suffered from.. that has become much more prominent since getting back into muy thai and heavy lifting. – Have taken a few days off of lifting and have to take a few more off but when I'm back, it's time to get them gainz. Best bilee dat??
