Personally, I thought Toy Story 3 was the perfect way to wrap up the beloved franchise. It’s one of my top three favorite Pixar films of all-time. With that being said, the fourth installment which comes nine years later, looks pretty good. The studio just released the official full-length trailer.
Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.
Toy Story 4 reunites all your favorite characters, but also introduces some new ones. Three pivotal new characters include Duke Caboom, a motorcycle-riding stuntman action figure voiced by Keanu Reeves, Gabby Gabby, a creepy pull-string doll from the 1950s voiced by Christina Hendricks and Officer Giggle McDimples, a tiny police officer toy voiced by Wrecked star Ally Maki. Jordan Peele and Keegan Michael-Key also team up to play carnival prizes Ducky and Bunny.
Directed by Josh Cooley, Toy Story 4 arrives on June 21. Check out the trailer below.
