Todrick Hall Enlists RuPaul For ‘Straight Outta Oz’ Deluxe Edition

What do you get when you mix the N.W.A. biopic with the classic 1939 musical starring Judy Garland? A hot mess probably, but in the very capable hands and creative mind of Todrick Hall, you get the masterpiece Straight Outta Oz.

The 31-year-old YouTube sensation announced he’s hitting the road again, to perform his original musical, Straight Outta Oz which is a semi-autobiographical account of his rise to fame in Los Angeles (Oz). In honor of the new dates, Hall released the deluxe edition of his visual album with three new bonus tracks including “Low” featuring the one and only, RuPaul.

“I’m so excited to share this revamped version of my 2016 Visual Album, Straight Outta Oz. After touring North America last year, so many people asked for tangible versions of the new songs they didn’t know from the live show. It’s been an amazing experience giving this project a little facelift and I want to thank the beautiful artists I got to collaborate with. The deluxe album is available on iTunes now and is currently in the top 30 of the charts! Can’t wait to see you all on the 2017 International tour!!!”

Check out the musical below which stars Nicole Scherzinger, Jordin Sparks, Perez Hilton, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Amber Riley, along with numerous RuPaul’s Drag Race alums like Pandora Boxx, Willam Belli, Alaska, Laganja Estranja, Kim Chi, Jinkx Monsoon and Shangela to name a few. There’s even some contestants from the upcoming Season 9 including Peppermint, Eureka O’Hara, Farrah Moan and Valentina.
