ABC To Air Documentary ‘Queen + Adam Lambert Story’

While some didn’t love Queen opening the 2019 Oscars, I personally did. I thought Adam Lambert and the group did a stellar job, though I wish, given the title of the movie, they performed the titular track.

Thanks to Bohemian Rhapsody, we all know about Queen leading up to their epic Live Aid performance. In an upcoming ABC documentary, we’ll learn more about the group after Freddie Mercury’s death.

The Show Must Go On: The Queen + Adam Lambert Story will air on April 29. It will chronicle the band’s journey after Mercury’s 1991 passing. From when they first performed with Lambert on American Idol in 2009 when he was a finalist to officially forming Queen + Adam Lambert in 2012.

The documentary, named after Mercury’s last album with Queen, will feature interviews with Lambert and his family, Queen founding members Brian May and Roger Taylor, Simon Cowell, Rami Malek and more.

Will you watch The Show Must Go On: The Queen + Adam Lambert Story? I definitely will and can’t wait.
