Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, Christian Bale & More Take On The Greedy Banks Responsible For The Housing Market Crash In ‘The Big Short’


Based on the true story and best-selling book by Michael Lewis (The Blind Side, Moneyball), and directed by Adam Mckay (Anchorman, Step Brothers) The Big Short uncovers the shady business practices of the big banks that led to the housing market crash circa 2005. Brad Pitt headlines a star-studded cast which includes Christian Bale, Ryan Gosling, Steve Carell, Melissa Leo, Selena Gomez, Finn Wittrock and Marisa Tomei. Pitt also co-produces the film.

When four outsiders saw what the big banks, media and government refused to, the global collapse of the economy, they had an idea: The Big Short. Their bold investment leads them into the dark underbelly of modern banking where they must question everyone and everything.
