Last week, Hotel Transilvania dominated the box office in it’s opening weekend. Although still doing strong this week, it’s Taken 2 that leads the pack. I have yet to see it, but I definitely want to and will likely do so this week. The first one was so good! Matt reviewed the film and gave it 2.5 out of 5 stars.

So far, Taken 2 is estimated to bring in $50 million this weekend which is definitely a great start. Also opening this weekend was Frankenweenie, which brought in an estimated $11.5 million. I personally have no desire to see that film. If was to see anything else in theaters right now, Pitch Perfect would be at the top of my list. That movie looks absolutely hilarious.
