The second Jeff Probst revealed the twist/theme for the 27th season at the Survivor: Caramoan reunion special, everyone pretty much could decipher the teaser. The 51-year-old made it official today by spilling the beans to Entertainment Weekly’s new Sirius XM channel 105. As expected, Survivor: Blood vs Water will feature the return of great characters and their relatives.

If you troll the Survivor boards , you have a pretty good idea who’s making a rumored return to the game. If not, I’ve compiled all the spoilers below. The cast includes a Big Brother player for the first time. Before you freak out, it’s not Willie Hantz teaming up with Russell or Brandon. I think CBS finally got the memo that any person having an ounce of Hantz DNA are volatile crazy mother f**king hot messes. Check out the cast of Survivor: Blood and Water below.

Survivor Blood vs Water Cast

Aras Baskauskas

Previous Season(s): Survivor: Panama
Placing(s): Winner

Arguably one of the hottest guys ever to play the game. I wonder if his hair will still look impeccably coiffed as it did before. If I didn’t know any better, I swear CBS gave him hair product on demand. It was that perfect every time, even during challenges. Rumor has it, he’s playing with his brother.

Rupert Boneham

Previous Season(s): Survivor: Pearl, Survivor: All Stars, Survivor: Heroes vs Villains
Placing(s): 8th, 4th and 6th

Can you believe Mark Burnett is letting him play a fourth time? I thought he was busy pursuing his political dreams. Hopefully, this will be his last chance to play the game. So over Rupert.

Colton Cumbie

Previous Season(s): Survivor: One World
Placing(s): 13th (Removed Due to Illness)

Oh the racist elitist homo is back. Is it wrong, I’m excited for his return? I wonder what gems will come out of his mouth this time. Hopefully, he’s grown up since One World. Sources says he’s playing with a boyfriend. Yup, this queen found someone to love him.

Monica Culpepper

Previous Season(s): Survivor: One World
Placing(s): 14th

Poor girl didn’t have a chance with the younger female clique. Rightfully so, they saw her as a threat and booted her. If she returns with her husband Brad, a former NFL player, she’ll have an even bigger target than before.

Kat Edorsson

Previous Season(s):
Placing(s): 7th

She annoyed the f*ck out of me the first time. The only reason why I’m kinda excited she’s returning is due to the fact she’s dating Big Brother winner Hayden Moss. Hopefully, he’s her partner. I fear the rumors of her playing with her cousin might be true. Fingers crossed for Hayden.

Tyson Apostol

Previous Season(s): Survivor: Tocantins, Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains
Placing(s): 8th, 15th

Never was a fan of him during his first season and was surprised he got a second invite. Color me shocked that he’s been asked back for a third time. Hopefully, he’s out of there sooner rather than later. He tries too hard to be a villain.

Gervase Peterson

Previous Season(s): Survivor: Borneo
Placing(s): 7th

Talk about going waaaaaay back. I’m glad the first season is getting highlighted again. Gervase wasn’t the most memorable player but I’ll take him. If it wasn’t for his season, Survivor wouldn’t be the phenomenon it is today. For his sake, I hope there’s no gross food eating challenge. He kinda sucked at that. Keeping it real, he kinda sucked at everything.

Tina Wesson

Previous Season(s): Survivor: The Australian Outback, Survivor: All-Stars
Placing(s): Winner, 1st Voted Out

She won the first time and booted first the second time. It’ll be interesting to see her play again. With her win so long ago, I’m sure she won’t be perceived as much as a threat as last time. Plus there’s no bitter Jerri Manthey orchestrating her ouster this time. Supposedly, she’s playing with her hubby.

RC Saint-Amour

Previous Season(s): Survivor: Philippines
Placing(s): 11th

For her sake, I hope that none of the returning favorites have crazy Brazilian relatives. We all know how that turned out the first time. Speaking of the Brazilian, I’m surprised she wasn’t asked back instead of RC. Abi-Maria Gomes was by far better television than RC.

Laura Morett

Previous Season(s): Survivor: Samoa
Placing(s): 10th

Honestly, I don’t even remember this chick. Do you?

Survivor Blood vs Water Alternates?

According to some site spoilers, Natalie Bolton, Rob Cesternino and Stephanie Valencia were in the mix. Whether they were alternates or decoys is anyone’s guess. Out of the three, I wish Natalie was returning due to the fact she was rumored to be bringing her girlfriend. A lesbian couple would’ve been fun to watch. Terry Dietz’s name from Survivor: Panama was also kicking around.
