Spiegel Magazine Features Its First Ever Transgender Cover Model

Model Arisce Wanzer graces the cover of the American institution’s Resort 2017 issue. Photographer Erika Barker snapped the milestone shoot.

Wanzer, who came out as transgender when she was 19, appears on Oxygen’s groundbreaking docu-series, Strut. The Whoopi Goldberg-produced series follows the first modeling agency catering exclusively to transgender models.
