It feels like eons since rumors of this tour first surfaced. At long last, the Spice Girls officially announced they’re reuniting for a tour. As expected, Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice isn’t participating. The remaining four ladies, Mel B (Scary Spice), Melanie C (Sporty Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), and Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice), made the announcement in a fun clip shared on social media.
Sadly, the tour won’t find the quartet globetrotting around the world. The tour is only a six-date UK stadium one set for June 2019. Better start looking at those flights now all you international fans. Opening for the ladies as a special guest is UK sensation Jess Glynne.
Beckham, who previously reunited with the ladies for a 10-year reunion tour and for the 2012 London Olympic Games closing ceremony, wished her former bandmates good luck on social media. Read her post below, along with the tour announcement.
Tickets go on sale from 10.30 am this Saturday, November 10.
Saturday 1 June – Manchester Etihad Stadium
Monday 3 June – Coventry Ricoh Stadium
Thursday 6 June – Sunderland Stadium of Light
Saturday 8 June – Edinburgh BT Murrayfield Stadium

Today marks a special day for the girls as they announce the first tour dates since we performed together in 2012! I won't be joining my girls on stage again but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish them so much love and fun as they go back on tour next year. I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time! X vb #spicegirls #friendshipneverends
