Not only has Facebook taken over our computers, iPhones, Blackberrys, and the like, The Social Network also continues to dominate the Box Office. I for one contributed to this, having watched the film on Friday night with Tyrell. It lived up to all of the ravings that Donovan (and the rest of the world) gave it. It’s very inspiring and incredibly interesting to see how the ideas of a few people have evolved into impacting our lives so much, and their bank accounts simultaneously. With total ticket sales now reaching over $46 million, it is a proven success considering it cost $40 million to make.
Not that far behind was “Life As We Know It,” reviewed by Nic, who more or less gave it a thumbs down. The Secretariat doesn’t win this race, the Diane Lane horse film falling in third place. In general though, people who went to both of those films liked the films which makes it promising for their ticket sales in the weeks to come.

I just saw this film today and it was nothing short of fantastic. I could have stayed in my seat and watched it all over again from start to finish.
Brilliant.
