Memorial Day weekend turned tragic for singer Sean Kingston on Sunday. TMZ is reporting that Sean suffered serious injuries after being involved in a jet ski accident. Miami Beach Hospital currently has him listed under critical condition.
The local Miami news is reporting that Sean was riding around on a jet ski with a female passenger when around 6 pm, the jet ski crashed into a bridge. Both Sean the passenger were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital for medical attention. This all according to a spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Kingston’s rep told TMZ the following:
“Sean Kingston was in an accident today. No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well-wishes.”
As of right now, investigation into the jet ski crash do not see alcohol being a factor. The name of the female passenger has also not been released. Sean Kingston is currently 21 years old. The bridge the two collided with connects Palm Island, a private residential island accessible only by bridge to the MacArthur Causeway.
