There are so many myths when it comes to preventing or treating a hangover. Of course, drinking water before, during, and after is pretty much a given knowing that alcohol makes you dehydrated, but there’s a bunch of other stuff that you can do before and after to help to reduce the chances of an awful hangover. Nobody likes a hangover.
So, just in time for the weekend, ASAP Science (the same people that explained Prostate Cancer) have revealed a great little video that really explains the science of hangovers (how they are caused, etc.) and what things you can do to minimize them (and why the recommended solutions work).
So, what legitimate ways can you prevent and cure your hangover? Follow the scientifically analyzed steps discussed in the video below and you’ll wake up on your way to being a normal, functioning human again! I am loving these informational videos. Keep them coming, guys! Enjoy!

That was COOL! I like these and will be carrying aspirin in my back pocket hereafter.. it’s cool to have some myths confronted and get straight up facts!!

I eat after I am done drinking as well. Something with carbs and fat. The water thing been doing that for a while now. My friends get annoyed that I am usually awake early and without a hangover and drank more than them.
