I’m SO excited for ‘Revenge‘ to come back into my life this Wednesday. I’ve been dying for an Emily and Victoria stare-down forever!
Now if you recall where we left off, Daniel (Josh Bowman) has been charged with Tyler’s murder and is now in prison awaiting trial. Meanwhile, Victoria (Madeline Stowe) is determined to prove her son’s innocence with the help of Emily Thorne (Emily Vancamp). Unfortunately for Emily, Jack (Nick Weschler) is somewhat involved in the incident so she must protect him as well.
In this week’s episode, Daniel’s imprisonment sends Victoria to depths that no one could have imagined, as the surprise return of a past love (James Purefoy as Dominik Wright) proves to be a welcome distraction from her family’s struggles. The preview for the remainder of the season is epic and there is SO much more drama to come. The best part is Emily at the end saying, “How did I not know this?” There are so many more twists and turns ahead. Can’t wait! Get your ‘Revenge’ fix below.
Oh how I’ve missed the Emily and Victoria bitch stares!
“It’s really more of a beach day” – love it.
How thoughtful for Nolan to bring Emily a Croissan’Wich.
I love that she’s giving him prison advice.
Daniel’s shower scene doesn’t have a happy ending.
Woof to James Purefoy!

What did you end up thinking about Revenge’s return? Did you find James Purefoy’s addition to just kind of come out of nowhere though? A few small complaints aside, I thought ‘Doubt’ was a great episode. It actually made me thankful to have my new whole-home DVR, the Hopper, since an emergency had me leaving the house just before the show started. Luckily the emergency turned out to be practically nothing, but I missed Revenge. Of course, I’d be able to catch up, but I was afraid something major would’ve been spoiled the next day by one of my coworkers at Dish before I could. Once I got home however, I remembered the Hopper’s PrimeTime Anytime feature. With it enabled (and thankfully mine is), it automatically records everything on ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX. So I was able to see it before anything got spoiled, and it was a great way to relax after the excitement before going to bed.
