Hey Everyone, “It’s Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday. Everybody’s looking forward to the weekend!” As lame as the lyrics are, you have to admit that Rebecca Black‘s song is catchy and it’s catching on with 2 million downloads last night alone. When I woke up this morning and realized it was Friday, the song started playing in my head and I realized all the things I had to do (get dressed, have cereal) and all the decisions I would have to make (Front seat or back seat).

Earlier this week when I realized this chick was going viral, I said to Tyrell, I can’t wait to see this girl getting interviews and low and behold today she talked about her song on Good Morning America. The host told Black that she thought the song was catchy but then proceeded to read some of the hate mail about the song, to which Black responded: “Even a person who doesn’t like it — it’s going to be stuck in their heads, so that’s the point of it. It’s a catchy song.” My thoughts exactly. She acknowledged that she wasn’t the best singer in the world and when asked about one day singing a duet with Justin Bieber said, “Just thinking of it gives me butterflies. That would just make my life.”
