The man who is behind “Hollywood’s Most Hated Website” could very well be changing out of his pink clothes and into an orange jumpsuit. Perez recently tweeted a link to a revealing upskirt photo of Miley Cyrus…who is only 17 years old.

It was a photo of Cyrus, who was wearing a dress and getting out of a car…the photo captured her “exposed” for all to see. According to Salon, Hilton’s tweet said, “If you are easily offended, do NOT click here,” which is something he puts on some of his blog posts too. The pic and tweet have since been deleted – but Perez is facing a lot of heat for this.

Jeffrey Douglas, a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney, informed Salon that Perez’s involvement by sharing the photo was “extraordinary and intense,” and it was “suicidal for him to do this.”

Although Perez has been involved in slander, copyright, and defamation suits in the past, some are saying that this one could put him behind bars…even up to 15 years. Perez blogging from jail in the near future?

Now, he’s totally backtracking. He just posted a video response today, trying to downplay everything and make a joke out of it. He says, “I’m here wearing my fake fur to address a fake controversy that the media has really been talking about the last 24 hours.” Are you kidding? You’re the king of fake controversy, Perez. Check out the video here.

UPDATE: June 17th. ABC has pulled their The View banner advertisement from his site as a result of the scandal.
