The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences has released the list of nominees for the 83rd annual Academy Awards. Leading the pack with 12 nominations is “The King’s Speech” followed by “True Grit” with 10 nominations. One of people’s favorite films of the year, Toy Story 3 received a nomination for Best Animated Film AND for Best Picture, making it the second film ever (joining “Up”) to receive nominations in both categories.
