Nope, I’m not referring to that heinous blond streak in Zayn’s hair (thank God he got rid of it). Instead, I’m talking about the group’s new single which is a cover of the Blondie classic, “One Way or Another.” Originally scheduled to debut on February 17, the track, as many highly-anticipated singles do… leaked early.

“One Way or Another” is a fundraising single with all proceeds going to UK charity, Comic Relief. It’s this year’s official Red Nose Day single which explains the single’s cover art. Perhaps some of you thought the British boy band was covering “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” due to the nose embellishments.

Since the song is for charity, the song’s leak (albeit a low quality audio version) has angered a few One Direction fans. Tweets like this have been the common theme among 1D lovers, “Cannot believe someone has leaked One Direction’s charity single for Comic Relief, the whole point in it is to raise money…” The sentiment is also echoed by members of the group as well. Louis Tomlinson tweeted, “I hear the charity single has been leaked. Very sad to see. Don’t forget together we are trying to raise money for comic relief.” Check out the track below.
