MySpace? Apparently, its still a thing. Well, at least its still trying to be a thing. However, the general public of the world can’t seem to let loose the firm grip and comfort we have found in Facebook. Why Zuckerburg hasn’t bought out the former social media giant and integrated some of their features is beyond me but that’s why he is the multi-billionaire and I write for this blog. I digress. With a big name like Justin Timberlake now being a partner and shareholder in the company, it looks like the site is starting to take steps in the right direction- staring with a brand new look.

With the decision to put a heavier focus on music, the new design is actually quite appealing to the eye. Utilizing a grid-like system, the site allows you to easily scroll through photos, albums, friends and music artists you are connecting with. Just take a look at the picture above. Only time and user count will tell if this rebirth will help or hinder the company. I do think it’s funny that you can choose to log in to the site with Facebook or Twitter instead of creating a MySpace account separately. Give a quick look to the preview video below and tell us, will you be logging into the new MySpace anytime soon? Or, are you so hooked on status updates, tweets and Instagram.

What do you think of MySpace’s new look? Has it piqued your interest? Anyone still use this archaic social media platform? Tell us in the comment section below.
