For the fourth straight year, Taylor Swift has topped the Celebs Gone Good list. DoSomething.org compiles an annual list highlighting celebrities who use their fame and wealth for positive change.

Among some of the charitable acts the 26-year-old singer has done this past year include a $50,000 donation to a young girl who had to miss one of her shows to undergo treatment for leukemia. The “Bad Blood” entertainer also donated $50,000 to the Seattle Symphony, $50,000 to help fund arts education in NYC and another $50,000 to her backup dancers baby nephew fighting cancer.

Coming in the runner-up slot was Miley Cyrus. She made the cut for founding the Happy Hippy Foundation– an organization with a mission to rally young people to fight injustice facing homeless youth, LGBTQ youth and other vulnerable populations.
