In the March issue of Cosmopolitan, writer Korin Miller talks about different sleeping positions men have and what it means. “Whether you suspect something something’s up with your guy right now or just want to take a peek at his psyche, check him out in bed. Certain subtle moves can clue you in to stuff that’s secretly brewing in that brain of his.”
Sidenote: If I woke up in the middle of the night and found Tyrell staring at me, I’d probably scream or something… I’ve watch Paranormal Activity too many times. LOL.
The article breaks it down into four different types of sleepers: The Poser, The Clencher, The Crotch Cradler, and The Tangler. Of course there’s a sexy picture for each one so we can get a better idea of exactly what the position looks like. Check out the pictures below and let us know what kind of sleeper you are.

This cocky-looking pose hints that he is desiring more power in the relationship and doesn’t have as much say in things as he’d like. Let him make some of the decisions and take on the responsibility he’s craving.

He clenches his fist because he may be feeling aggressive. Something is bugging him that he may not even be aware of. This guy should be encouraged to hit the gym to release some of that extra tension.

Cradling his most sensitive area because he may be feeling uncertain or worried about something. This could be work related or family drama, but he’s craving comfort. Spooning him in this position or showing him some extra affection is recommended.

This guy has a hidden sensitive side and may feel like he’s not pleasing his partner enough. This may cause him to toss & turn at night.

three out of four are back sleepers, the only option for side-sleeping is the crotch grabber? and no mention of stomach sleepers!

It’s not suppose to be sleeping positions like the title suggest. It is sleeping habits…
