If you read our Insta-Stud posts regularly, our latest selection might look familiar. I previously put the spotlight on his twin brother, Donald Romain. Yup folks. There’s two of these perfect specimens walking the face of the earth. And they’re both gay.
Mark Romain is a dancer/model from San Diego. He currently lives in Las Vegas where he’s part of Magic Mike Live. I really need to see this show soon, especially when Mark is performing.
Check out more pics of Mark below.

"You are never more essentially, more truly yourself than when you are still" – Eckhardt Tolle • When I first moved to Vegas I hated how quiet it was. I missed waking up to the sounds of LA and the people everywhere. Almost two years later, I couldn't enjoy the silence more. It's brought me so many places and now I cherish it and appreciate the beauty in the desert. It's weird to say it but Vegas feels like home, at least for now. Happy to be home and looking forward to the adventures ahead ??#yesthisisaselfie #istilllikewaterthough #beachesinthefuture #afterhongkongthisheatisnothing

I’m doing a trial run on Fitness Programs. SWIPE + READ BELOW for my journey and my qualifications. If you feel like this could help you, e-mail me at [email protected] — I’ll preface by saying I’ve always been VERY skinny, (In high school I was definitely called “Skeletor”) so any weight I’ve gained has been through a lot of hard work, patience, and a LOT of trial and error. Mostly error. What held me back when I started training was being too embarrassed to ask for help. It seemed really easy and natural for people around me, so it felt like I should know the answers. The truth is, I knew what I wanted but I didn’t know how to get there. — These pictures are first thing in the morning, no water, no pump. On the left I had been going to the gym for a few years, fell into the mistake of “bulking” by eating as much as I could, never really had a long term plan gym wise and took whatever supplement looked cool or promised quick results. On the right I buckled down and did my research. I started tracking my macros and calories consistently, wrote and rewrote programs and cross referenced them, putting them into practice to find what actually works. I stopped chasing the “pump” and started trusting the process as a long term journey. I stopped taking supplements that I didn’t thoroughly research. I had a plan, and one that was based on research and practice. — So what qualifies me? Besides actually practicing this myself, I’m a Level 2 Certified Functional Strength Coach and NASM Certified. I’ve been a Personal Trainer at Equinox and instructed group fitness classes/boot camps at various large fitness studios. I have certifications in trigger point therapy, body weight strength training, and more. The point is I’m well-rounded and I’m always learning more. That’s what you’re getting from my programming. And above all, I love helping people. The fourth picture is Brett who has followed my program diligently. My journey’s far from over but if you’re someone who’s been hitting the gym and haven’t seen results or are beginning but don’t know where to start, then you’re exactly the type of person I can help.
