Arguably, Marc Jacobs‘ fashion show is one of the most highly-anticipated and well-attended events during New York Fashion Week. It’s no wonder the in-demand designer was recently named the creative director for Diet Coke this year. His Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall/Winter 2013 collection showed at Lincoln Center’s The Theatre on Monday.

Alongside his designs for women, Jacobs’ menswear collection walked down the runway as well. If you’re not a fan of skinny slim pants, you’re in lucky… Marc paired a few of his jackets with a more flared pant. Almost pajama-like if you ask me. Speaking of which, there were a couple of silk suits that resembled bedtime wear. Not my couple of tea, but I respect his vision.

Some of my favorite looks incorporated over-sized coats and sweaters. But the piece I love the most isn’t actually an article of clothing, but an accessory.
