It’s Friday, ya’ll. You know what that means- time to give my adoring online love to some lucky hottie. This week’s crush is a triple-threat- actually more like a threat. There’s something kinda hot about a tough guy who kick people’s asses. He’s a martial arts champion, slash actor, slash TV host. 6’0″ Chicago-native, Jason Chambers is the lucky recipient of my weekly undying adoration.

Chambers is trained in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Jeet Kune Do. During his competitive martial arts fighting career, he boasted an 18 win, 5 loss, 2 draw record. As an actor, Jason has appeared on a few soap operas – As the World Turns, Days of our Lives, All My Children and Guiding Light. Wow, what a daytime TV whore- haha.

Utilizing his martial arts background, he snagged a co-host job for History Channel’s “Human Weapons”. The show traveled around the world studying martial arts and its origins. Unfortunately for Chambers, the gig didn’t last very long. The History Channel canceled the show little after a year.

jason-chambers-martial-artsIf you’re looking at his pictures, wondering why he looks familiar but don’t watch any martial arts programming and can’t be bothered with daytime soaps and just can’t place it. It’s probably because you’re a REALLY BIG Sex and the City fan. His first acting role was a bit part on the HBO hit show. Jason played a bartender at the New York host spot, Bed. His one line was “Would you like that shake or stirred?”. You can just imagine what Samantha responded to that enticing offer.

When doing my research on him, I found out he had an older gay man as a roommate when he first moved to LA. He even mentioned that he’s totally cool being consider a sexual object by both men and women. I wonder how he feels about dropping dollar bills down his pants. However, when asked which male celebrity he would be gay for, he responded “If Jessica Alba was a man…any day of the week baby!”. Haha. Idiot savant or savant idiot?

Currently, Jason is busy working as an executive producer of an upcoming documentary, “MMA Legacy”- MMA is an acronym for mixed martial arts. At the same time, he’s co-writing and set to star in an upcoming comedy “Pimpin on Empty”.

What did you think of this week’s selection? Is he a hotter younger version of David Boreanaz? I’d like a side of him with my turkey dinner.
